Itโ€™s good to watch the fall of Farage. Heโ€™s lost it all at once very quickly. Perfect ending. Shut the door on your way out. And take your mates with you.

What an embarrassing afternoon for Reform UK. Farage and Jenrick unveiled their economic plans to a half-empty hall in central London. Asked about the empty seats, Farage first blamed โ€œstaff incompetenceโ€, then suggested the businessmen invited were simply too busy to attend. How disgraceful to publicly humiliate your own staff rather than take responsibility. An event meant to showcase Reformโ€™s readiness for government instead showed how quickly Farage blames others when things go wrong. You just know what sort of man he is to work with. If heโ€™s this willing to blame his staff publicly, who knows what kind of behaviour is going on behind closed doors.

I've read more from Reform attacking ITV than apologising for the racism.
They didnโ€™t โ€˜investigate.โ€™ They commited criminals acts. Forged documents and violated a veteran. They will very likely serve prison sentences. I hope they think it was worth it.

Former bricklayer here. Most working class people (like most middle-class people) are disgusted by the comments coming from Reform UK figures caught on camera by ITV. Bigoted privately educated multimillionaire far-right wanker Nigel Farage doesn't give a solitary shit about working class people. Nor does bigoted privately educated multimillionaire far-right wanker Rupert Lowe.
Posh-boy millionaire Nigel Farageโ€™s latest excuse is that most working-class men are racist and misogynistic, sniff womenโ€™s chairs, would sexually assault female colleagues and make disgusting remarks about their own daughters, such as: โ€œFuck me, if she was my daughter, it would still be bath night on a Thursday. Iโ€™ll wash you properly this time.โ€ The white working-class friends I grew up with, from primary and secondary school to college and university, are not nonces or bigots. Farage doesnโ€™t get to smear an entire class of people to excuse the disgusting behaviour of Reform councillors and activists.

Sadly, this will be a wet dream for Reform/Restore bunch. Twitter and Reform are flooded with people who think disabled people should be wiped out of the gene pool. Theyโ€™re no longer afraid of hiding their true opinions about disabled people.
Tonight at 10pm, Channel 4 airs what might be its most bizarre documentary yet. 'The Experiment' invites unsuspecting Brits to tour a fake care home for disabled people, then sees if they'll endorse Nazi-inspired policies. Essentially, Candid Camera meets Mein Kampf.

You don't have to be under 30 to deserve opportunities. You might want to study at 45. Start a business at 55. Fall in love at 70. Freedom of Movement was never just about youth. It's about the freedom to live your life, whatever your age.

History should make us more vigilant, not complacent. Watch Channel 4โ€™s The Experiment at 10pm tonight and join the conversation about disability, dehumanisation and the responsibility to defend human rights. #DisabilityJustice

Exceptionally sharp programming by Channel 4 in The Experiment exploring how insidious the Nazi T-4 programme was, impact of messaging & propaganda... then staging it for 2026. Highly recommended viewing.

Iโ€™ve just seen Channel 4โ€™s The Experiment, it was worrying to see how many of the people went along with it, but it was also good to see how strong the voices of opposition were. Iโ€™d encourage all to watch it, and then think about how the media and Politicians label the disabled
When Disabled people are repeatedly framed as a cost, it affects how society sees us. @Channel4's The Experiment confronts ableism, segregation and the consequences of devaluing Disabled lives. Read a blog on the programme here: disabilityrightsuk.org/news/โ€ฆ

๐ŸšจDid I imagine Channel 4's The Experiment last night? Because I genuinely expected the fallout from that programme to be everywhere this morning. Instead, I've had Sky News on since 6am and not once have I heard it discussed. ๐ŸšฉLet that sink in. It exposed how easily people can be persuaded to see disabled people as a burden, a problem, a drain on society, rather than human beings. Some participants were willing to support policies that would strip away dignity, freedom and basic rights. Some even supported institutionalising disabled people. And the reaction today? Silence. Apparently we're supposed to be more outraged by celebrity gossip, political point-scoring and culture-war nonsense than by a programme highlighting how quickly prejudice against disabled people can be normalised. As a disabled person, I found that far more frightening than the programme itself. The truly shocking thing wasn't what people said during the experiment. The truly shocking thing is that so many people woke up this morning, saw what happened, and simply carried on as if it was normal. Disabled people are constantly told that accessibility is too expensive, support is too generous, benefits are too high, adjustments are too inconvenient, and that somehow we're responsible for the barriers society puts in front of us. Then people wonder why disabled people are scared. If a programme revealing this level of hostility towards disabled people can't even start a national conversation, what does that say about us as a society? Because honestly, the silence is speaking volumes. ๐ŸŒ Disability rights are human rights. This conversation shouldn't stop at Britain's borders. bigissue.com/culture/tv/why-โ€ฆ #TheExperiment #DisabilityRights #DisabledLivesMatter @andyburnham

I'm a double amputee. I recieve 3,600 a year in PIP @Helen_Whately receives *39,000* a year in housing. If our Hels wants to cut down the welfare bill I've an idea where she should start...
Look at this chart ๐Ÿ‘‡ Many if not most of the children on DLA will go onto PIP. Around half of children who get DLA become NEETs. Thereโ€™s a clear path from child DLA to PIP to a lifetime on benefits. We must change this.

Judging by the abuse disabled people get everyday and the toxic narrative pushed by politicians and media, itโ€™s easy to see how public opinion can be swayed into accepting eugenics. Weโ€™re already halfway there. Disabled people have been warning you for ages about history repeating itself. #TheExperiment
