थाना टप्पल- आज शाम करीब 05 बजे ग्राम हेतलपुर निवासी डेविड कुमार ने यह सूचना दी कि वह गाँव हेतलपुर से अपने परिवार के साथ जट्टारी जा रहे थे, रास्ते में हसनपुर जिरौलिया गाँव पर प्रहलाद, छेदी व 02-03 अन्य लडके खड़े थे, डेविड कुमार के द्वारा हॉर्न बजाकर साइड मांगी गई, उक्त व्यक्तियों द्वारा साइड नही देने पर उन्हें टोका गया तो उक्त व्यक्तियों द्वारा इनके साथ गाली गलौज व हाथपाई की गई । इस संबंध में पीडित डेविड कुमार की तहरीर के आधार पर थाना टप्पल पर मुकदमा पंजीकृत किया गया है । प्रकरण में लूट जैसी कोई घटना नही हुई है । प्रकरण में आवश्यक वैधानिक कार्यवाही की जा रही है। मौके पर शांति है।

DG @crpfindia Sh. G P Singh, IPS, felicitated Olympic medalist & World Champion boxer Ms Lovlina Borgohain at CRPF Force HQ.
She was lauded for her stellar achievement in 20th Asian Games 2026 where she won the Gold Medal in the Women’s 75 kg boxing event, upgrading her Silver medal from Hangzhou Asian Games (2023) to become only the second Indian woman boxer to claim an Asian Games gold.
Ms. Borgohain also interacted with the CRPF athletes, including the boxing team, boosting their morale to achieve greater heights.
DG while addressing the sports personnel of CRPF, urged them to draw inspiration from pugilist Lovlina Borgohain’s grit and dedication.

During his tour of Jammu & Kashmir, DG, CRPF, Shri @gpsinghips visited GC Bantalab, Jammu, where he inspected the multipurpose hall site alongside SDG, J&K Zone, and IG Jammu Sector. DG interacted with key stakeholders and directed them to expedite project execution for timely completion.
This multi purpose Hall, on completion, would address long standing requirement of the serving and retired officers and personnel posted and settled at Jammu.

Out of these, 3765 (58%) cases were resolved in favour of petitioning personnel, 2556 were not found suitable for consideration, 187 are pending for decision. Continuous efforts are underway to redress all pending applications pertaining to grievances and representations.

अब 22 और 23 अक्टूबर को मुंबई में #8CPC केंद्रीय कर्मचारी संघों से बातचीत करेगा। अभी गुजरात, बिहार, छत्तीसगढ़, झारखंड, मध्य प्रदेश और असम जैसे बड़े राज्यों के साथ साथ कुछ केंद्र शासित प्रदेश जैसे अंडमान निकोबार एवं पूर्वोत्तर भारत के राज्यों में भी अभी कमीशन को अपनी मीटिंग्स करनी हैं। आयोग को अब अपनी मीटिंग्स की स्पीड को बढ़ाना पड़ेगा ताकि यह सिलसिला जल्द पूरा हो और रिपोर्ट तैयार करने में पर्याप्त समय मिल सके। इसके लिए आयोग को अपनी मीटिंग्स नवंबर तक पूरी करनी होंगी तभी कर्मचारियों को समय से #8CPC के लाभ मिल सकेंगे। #manjeetsinghpatel

सरकार ने सेना वाला टास्क तो दे दिया, लेकिन #OPS देने बाबत सरकार, #CAPF को सिविल पुलिस बताती है। अदालत कहती है कि ये फोर्स ‘भारत संघ के सशस्त्र बल हैं’ इसलिए इन्हें पुरानी पेंशन मिलनी चाहिए। सरकार इन्हें ‘संघ के सशस्त्र बल’ मानने को तैयार नहीं। ड्यूटी आर्मी वाली करानी है।

22 दिसंबर 2003 की NPS अधिसूचना में *Armed Forces को NPS से बाहर रखा गया था। दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने 2023 में इसी कानूनी आधार पर CAPF को *Armed Forces of the Union* मानते हुए पुरानी पेंशन (OPS) देने का फैसला सुनाया था।
अब **CAPF (General Administration) Act, 2026** में भी CAPF को Armed Forces of the Union माना गया है। इसके बाद यह मुद्दा सुप्रीम कोर्ट के सामने और महत्वपूर्ण हो गया है।
*एक तरफ 2003 की NPS अधिसूचना में Armed Forces को छूट, दूसरी तरफ CAPF की “Armed Forces of the Union” के रूप में कानूनी पहचान—इन दोनों की सही व्याख्या CAPF जवानों की पुरानी पेंशन (OPS) के अधिकार की दिशा तय कर करेगी*
अगर सुप्रीम कोर्ट इस कानूनी तर्क को स्वीकार करता है, तो **CAPF के लाखों जवानों के लिए पुरानी पेंशन (OPS) का हक मिल सकता है।**
*अब यह सिर्फ पेंशन का मामला नहीं, CAPF के कानूनी अधिकार और सम्मान का सवाल है।*
