Signed a card at work for a colleague who’s recovering from appendicitis. Nothing unusual about that. Yet I was off for 3 months with mental health, which I’m still struggling with, and I barely even got a text. Just makes you realise the gulf between physical & mental health.

Did an oil change service on the go kart last Friday, seems prudent to check the oil level a while later. Bex as always will turn her hand to anything to help!

No wonder I’m an insomniac most nights!

Spent most of yesterday afternoon using various power-tools with all sorts of blades and spinning things capable of doing significant damage if misused, so, how did I injure myself? I cut my thumb with a tape measure! 🙈😂
