The realest people are highly selective, They have no desire to build connections with people who operate from jealousy, negativity, and a lack of integrity. They understand that not every connection is worth maintaining simply because there is history or familiarity. As you grow, you and less interested in proving yourself to anyone. You will find yourself comfortable in everyone else's business. You do not need to enjoy your own company. Selectiveness is about who they allow into their lives. Reality is about becoming more protective of your peace with solitude and focusing on your own path rather than getting involved in constant attention or a crowded circle to feel valuable because you have learned not to be arrogant, it is discernment shaped by experience and self-respect. Sometimes the most authentic people are the ones who would rather walk alone than compromise their values just to belong

Self-respect is mostly saying no without a long explanation. Decline the plan that wrecks your sleep. Walk away from the conversation that leaves you feeling small. Drop the promise you’ll resent later. It’ll seem rude early on. Hold the line. Others start matching the standard you set for yourself.

Highly intelligent people are deep observers. They figure you out immediately, but act like they see nothing. They give you the space to talk, overstep, and show your real hand. By the time they respond, they have already calculated exactly who you are. Discernment is their best friend.

'People' are so guilty of reverse-engineering intention from impact. You say something, it provokes a particular emotion in them and rather than recognise that emotion as their own response to your words, they reconstruct your statement through the lens of what it made them ...

1. Again, the easiest thing to know in this life is when someone is genuinely interested in you. They’ll never make you second-guess that. 2. They’ll be very considerate of your feelings. Before they do anything, they first of all think about how their actions are going to make you feel. Consideration is the highest form of love. 3. They’ll always make sure you are fed. They’ll buy you food, order food for you, cook for you, send you food, take you out to eat, etc. No one who likes you will watch you stay hungry. To love is to feed and to be fed. 4. They’ll always want to have uncomfortable conversations with you. This is because they like you, rate you enough, and want you to be part of their life. If they don’t rate you, they’ll just cut you off instead of having difficult conversations. 5. They’ll buy you things. There’s no genuine desire without giving. Anyone who is not giving to you and is only taking from you doesn’t like you one bit. They are using you. 6. They won’t let you spend money unnecessarily around them. This is because they care about your finances. If you always have to spend money EVERY time you link up with a person, they don’t like you. 7. You feel at peace when you are with them. Home is really a person. When you are with someone who likes you, they become a safe space, and just existing in the same space as them is comforting. 8. They yap a lot with you. This is especially true of women. Women are yappers when they like you. They yap about the most basic things to you, from what happens in their office to the gym, school, family, friends, you name it. All you have to do is listen. 9. Conversations with them don’t feel forced. They keep asking questions about every area of your life out of curiosity. Anyone who is not curious about you doesn’t like you one bit. 10. They’ll always want to sleep with you. When a person finds you attractive, they always flirt with you, and they always want to have sex with you. This is why you think they are easy. They are not; they only make it easy for you because they like you. 11. They get jealous when you mention or talk to someone else. They want to be exclusive with you. 12. They are always finding ways to make your life easier. Anyone who is not doing things to make your life easier than it was before they met you doesn’t like you. 13. You won’t have to force ball because, like I said earlier, they’ll make everything super easy for you. You don’t have to spend so much money on dates to impress them, you don’t need to use any “format” or games to have sex with them, etc. In fact, they’ll initiate it. 14. They’ll begin to frown at your vices and bad habits, especially those you exhibit around them. Anybody who doesn’t frown at your bad habits and vices doesn’t care about you. They are just there for a good time, not a long time. 15. They always want to spend quality time with you and be in your skin. Every opportunity to see you, they take it. “Baby, are you at home?” “Babe, you don’t miss me?” “You haven’t seen me this week, do you hate me?” “Let’s grab lunch today?” Even if they are too busy, they’ll make time for you.
How do you know when someone genuinely likes you?

I highly recommend writing down or make physical notes of whatever skill you want to master. By writing down as you learn something technical or full of small details ensures that the words stay imprinted on your brain for longer than they would if you simply watched or listened and then went about your day doing something else. Since writing things down also makes it easier to memorise everything, the brain finds it easier to apply what you have learned in practice regularly as well. Writing and taking notes also require you to pause, pay attention, and take your time -- that way, you are also spending time thinking and processing more carefully about the lessons, the words, their applications rather than simply watching videos/lectures and marking them as done.

People often get triggered when someone uses the word Dehati. When we call dehati, we are not mocking the villagers. Dehat is a mindset involving lack of civic sense, low trust behavior, small crimes like stealing flower pots, being proud of giving a maid 1k instead of 2k₹ etc

You don't lose discipline all at once. It slips away in small negotiations; five more minutes, one skipped task, one delayed decision. Each moment feels harmless, but the brain records it as proof that comfort wins. Rebuilding discipline starts with catching those whispers.

i swear depression gives you brain damage. No cap. Like I feel like I’ve lost so much brain capacity after the really really bad depressive episodes I’ve had in the past few years. My memory is SO SO SO bad now. I can’t recall shit. I feel so dumb all of the time.

Highly self-aware people struggle with addiction. They feel fucking everything. These mediocre surface level things can never ever satisfy their minds. They'll laugh with you. They'll nod and smile, but inside their heart is burning. Burning for more depth. More authenticity. They have obsessions nobody around them shares. They want to talk about philosophy, literature, psychology, quantum physics, books, music, films, conspiracy theories. Things they've gone so deep into that ordinary conversation just don't do it for them. And all they get is the "weather". Who won the game. Politics. Just that rotten small talk. And small talk feels like suffocation. So... they escape. They drink. Smoke. Work until 2 am. Doomscroll till they're so tired that they feel nothing. There this gap between who you actually are and the people available to you. And that gap is one of the loneliest places a person can live in.

There is an unwritten rule to life that most people never get told. After every long stretch of hardship and uncertainty, a period comes where you make quantum leaps across multiple areas of your life at once. It happens all at once, and it happens because of everything you survived before it. The only requirement on your end is simple. Do not give up on yourself before that period arrives.

We talk a lot about cutting people of, but nobody talks about the grief that comes with having to stand firm on that decision knowing it's not what you wanted but what was necessary for your well-being...

Napoleon Bonaparte talked about a rare skill that separates those who dominate from those who remain dominated, and he possessed it. First, u must develop the habit of thinking deeply. Without it, ur ability to think will stagnate, and you'll flee the moment something demands thinking, and this skill cannot be developed beyond a certain age. Once you've practiced enough of not thinking, you won't be able to think. And Those who cannot think cannot decide, and therefore cannot command, and that deficiency is a reliable sign of lifelong subordination and slavery. But once u develop this ability to a high degree, u will begin suffering from anxiety, depression, and overthinking. That's when u must learn to regulate ur mind through certain activities like meditation, intense sports, solving maths, reading for hours at once, or other spiritual practices. Master both abilities, and u can reach ur peak. You'll be able to tell ur brain when to think, let it unfold layers of understanding, and it will start doing the same, and tell it when to stop and it will stop. Then u can relax and move on. That's when ur ready to dominate wherever u go. Very hard.
Too much thinking becomes counterproductive.

Stop frying your brain with endless short form content. Read long, complicated, books. Especially novels. Cultivate the ability to think deeply. To focus for long periods. Stare into space and enjoy boredom. Do tasks without any media playing in the background. Resist the urge to reach for your phone every time you feel uncomfortable. Get used to being with uncomfortable emotions instead. Wonder and think about the questions you have instead of asking AI. Become deeply present with everyone around you. Your ability to focus, pay attention, to think deeply, is one of your most valuable assets. Reclaim the immense beauty of experiencing your life directly instead of living it through a screen.

People who reach a high level of awareness become unsociable. Crowds drain them. Noise overwhelms them. Small talk feels like work. They chill different. A cozy room. Two people they trust. Good food. Music. Conversations that actually mean something. That's where they feel alive. Depth over noise. Because for them... peace feels like home.

how to reverse years of brainrot by picking up a pen and paper: - write one full page before you touch your phone - describe exactly what’s been taking up space in your head - explain one idea in words a 10-year-old could understand - turn every vague thought into a clear sentence - copy passages that make your brain light up - sit with one question long enough to find your own answer - keep a running list of patterns you notice in yourself and the world -write through the discomfort instead of reaching for stimulation - end each day with what you learned, what you felt, and what comes next your attention span, memory and ability to think will slowly come back
