Band A consumers in Aguda were left without electricity throughout the night, and not even a single official communication explaining the outage. No notice, no explanation, no apology. Just the usual arrogance and complete disregard for paying customers.
This is an embarrassingly irresponsible way to run a business.
You have the audacity to charge premium tariffs but lack the basic courtesy and competence to communicate with consumers when you fail to deliver.
We demand an immediate and satisfactory explanation for this outage, and the electricity supply must be restored with immediate effect.
We also demand an appropriate refund or tariff credit for all affected Band A consumers in Aguda.
You cannot charge us premium rates, supply us darkness, refuse to communicate, and then treat us like fools.
Restore our electricity immediately, and compensate affected consumers. If you cannot deliver what we are paying for, stop charging us premium tariffs.

The struggle to catch-up as a Senior is more difficult than that of manager, reason being you have to get your hands dirty as a senior while for Manager, you can leverage your senior associate to hold ground.
As a fresh senior from outside the consulting, associate will clock you sharp if you never hold ground😃
