There's another Geissele HICAR iteration we've been developing behind the scenes, and it's finally ready for its debut. Meet the Geissele HICAR B.
Built on our SOCOM-proven MRGG platform, HICAR B is the large-frame member of the HICAR family. Chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor and equipped with a 20" barrel, it delivers the capability and performance expected from the precision-focused platform. HICAR B also features the MK24 rail and lockup design first introduced on the Geissele HICAR.
After Adam put the HICAR B ammo through testing, Dean took it straight to the Geissele Gas Gun Series Finale to see what it could do on the clock.
The jump to high-pressure ammo and the resulting 300 FPS increase in muzzle velocity paid dividends across the board. Less elevation hold, reduced wind drift and enhanced impact energy made spotting misses easier and getting back on target faster.
The result: more confidence at distance and more hits when it mattered.

Finally broke through a shooting plateau today. I’ve been struggling with my trigger slap for months, but something finally clicked during my first drill this morning. My groups shrank by half. Man, hard work pays off and it feels incredible.

This may not be popular with all the Empire hype on the TL but channeling the dark side for radical order and basically revenge is the same energy that led to Nazism. The north star is misguided and not aligned with the Light
The Nazis and The Empire had immense power and order but it did not come from the Light per say — just a different dimension of darkness.

Christ, Aragorn, King Arthur, etc all better north stars to aim for, I'm concerned that many young men today do not have the fortitude to resist the temptation of channeling the dark side for revenge, as the state of things for young men is so dire, or they don't have the discernment to differentiate these things.
A culture that stops giving the next generation King Arthur stories will unwittingly drive their children toward Anakin stories.
Demonizing the desire for order does not diminish the innate human desire for order.
Gen Z will root for Anakin over the chaos of spineless ineptitude and moral hypocrisy.
We must give them Arthur.

My college dorm project just broke the world speed record.
Reaper hit 790 km/h (491 mph) carrying a 1.2 kg (2.6 lb) payload.
These 3 Reapers are now the world’s fastest small jet-powered drones.
Each of them can hold that speed for 4 minutes on a full tank.
Reaper can be rail- or truck-launched, climb to 2,000 m (6,600 ft) in under 20 seconds, then fly for 50 km (31 mi) at full speed.
This is now a reliable and repeatable system. Future testing and small optimizations should push the top speed past 800 km/h (500 mph).

Many things are true.
Shooting matches and diving into actual hard skill training is something everyone should do.
Sometimes you need to realize you are larping too hard.
But also…
Losing sight of why you need to be prepared is dumb.
Assuming nothing will ever happen is dumb.
Thinking hard shooting skills will solve any challenge is dumb.
It’s like anything in this life. It requires BALANCE. Don’t be that insufferable prepper guy who screams from the rafters. Don’t be that annoying gay comp guy who thinks he can bill drill his way out of getting dysentery.
Be a comp shooter, who trains with his community, who takes care of those around him, who strives to be more capable every day.
Literally don’t pick a side. Do both.
