Those who preach peace through capitulation won't tell you what russian occupation means.
russians occupied Izyum for less than 6m.
After liberation, we found mass graves of 447 ppl. Most of them were civilians — 215 women, 194 men and 5 children. Many bodies had signs of violent death.
This is what people with proud 'Christian' in their bios are pushing Ukraine for.

When the first four ballistic missiles struck near our home, I was in the hallway of our apartment building with my two children, aged 5 and 1.
During a brief pause, we ran for the basement, but the blast wave had jammed the entrance door shut.
Those were the most terrifying minutes of my life.
This is what Putin’s “humanity” looks like.
I don't believe that no one in the US administration understands that lifting sanctions imposed on russia and Belarus (for this aggression and authoritarian persecutions!) in exchange for releasing hostages only incentivizes autocrats to imprison more foreigners and then generously release them.
They understand this perfectly well.
What they need is a nice pretext for easing sanctions — something they can sell to the public on TV and through Truth Social.
And this revolving door of hostage-taking and high-profile releases, packaged as heroic diplomatic victories aimed at saving human lives, serves both Trump's and putin's goals perfectly. Pharisees.

I’m old enough to remember russia having a kill list of 1,200,000 Ukrainians and bringing specifically made mobile crematoria for the task of hiding the neo holocaust
But yeah, Ukraine should surrender, right?!
Ffs 🤦🏻
UK could deploy jets to defend Ukraine from russia too. I guess russia is a far greater immediate threat to Europe than Houthis. #skyshield

Listening to ballistic missile explosions again now, I suddenly recalled one of the most terrifying photos I've ever seen.
It showed fire and smoke rising next to a still-intact residential building. The caption read: "One minute before."
A minute later, the next russian missiles would eliminate half of that building in Ternopil, killing 38 people, incl many kids.
This is a true nature of russia.

If putin gets sanctions relief for taking foreign nationals hostage, he's gonna take more. And he'll use the money from those relaxed sanctions to keep waging war.
Glaringly obvious.

Bilateral. Trilateral means three sides, but in this case there are only two since Russia and the US are now one. As Zelenskyy put it a year ago, Ukraine doesn’t need US help to surrender.

Or perhaps the war wouldn’t have happened at all if the US hadn’t stripped Ukraine of its nuclear arsenal.

Breaking: Elon Musk ordered the Starlink slowdown that blindsided Ukraine on.wsj.com/4sgcpBv
Don't let russian atrocities and Western normalization become yesterday's news.
My heart still bleeds to think that russia murdered 1yo Anhelina while she was out in the park, sitting in a stroller.
That very same day, Trump said putin was "doing fine" on Ukraine.
Mind-blowing that we still need to explain the obvious: russia couldn't care less about the people of Donbas.
It needs to seize those lands to break through Ukraine's fortress belt and keep advancing further.
Here's what russia has just done in Sloviansk: seven people murdered.
You can feel it in everything Trump and his minions have been saying openly over the past few days:
If only Ukraine had fallen in 2022!
They would have portrayed it as Biden's failure and made it their mission to restore business ties with russia. All in the name of God.
Cannibals.
NEW!! Rubio again drew a distinction between Starlink, a commercial service, and Starshield, a defense product used through the Pentagon.
He also warned the admin would no longer be “defensive” about the issue, arguing the U.S. had provided billions in aid and that claims Washington withheld assistance to punish Kyiv were inaccurate.

In which case starlink is entirely unreliable. If the CEO can, on a whim, decide to downgrade the service you are paying for, rendering it useless in the middle of a war, it is less than useless; it is a permanent knife to your throat.
Incredible scoop by my @WSJ colleagues: Elon Musk ordered the slowdown of a military-grade version of Starlink relied on by Ukraine, a decision that sparked panic in Kyiv and confusion inside the Trump administration. wsj.com/world/ukraine-starli…
Twitter is mocking me by showing this ad. If you want someone to consider Starlink seriously stop restricting its services when people are defending from the aggressor.
In our case connectivity means literal survival. Yet it depends on today's mood of Musk and Trump.
