In an eligible Enterprise workspace, create a team in Settings > Teams, invite teammates, and choose its connections. Then open Scheduled > New Task, select your team, and describe the work and when it should run. learn.chatgpt.com/docs/enter…

The part where teammates can change what next week's update covers is the real feature. Recurring reports rot when the one person who set them up stops reading them. I'd put a line at the top saying what changed since last run so people don't skim past it.

can run history show the instruction revision and connection identity used by each run? when teammates edit the same Friday task, that would help distinguish prompt changes from access changes if a project suddenly disappears from the report.

A weekly status report is a smart first use, because the whole team spots a wrong line right away. Where does it pull from: connected repos and trackers, or only what's already in ChatGPT?
