We have a certified ballot title now for Oregon IP25 “Amendment to Protect Rights to Hunt, Fish, Farm, Trap, Ranch, grow food, and Wildlife Management.” No one appealed the ballot title language to the Supreme Court, so hopefully signature collection can begin soon.

There is no filing yet for another PEACE Act style filing for the ‘28 initiative cycle. We have IP25 for ‘28 to ensure right to hunt, fish, trap, farm and ranch. We also have Oregon republican legislators proposing to ensure these same rights via Salem. statesmanjournal.com/story/n…

Now lets move on to getting IP 25 onto the 2028 ballot. It needs a few refinements, but it would amend the Oregon Constitution and make Farming, Ranching, fishing, hunting, trapping, having pets, pest control a right and not a privilege.
