The Bay Theater website is now live! It's being reopened by Skydance and operated by The Lot. This is really exciting! One of the most underrated theaters in LA. baytheaterla.com/

Paris was my favorite part of Epic Universe. I felt like I was back in actual Paris, not a theme park recreation. It was amaxing.

My favorite thing about Epic Universe was the Butterbeer crepe. Hands down. My least favorite: Four regular lemonades at the bar at the top of the Helios hotel: $68.00.

Sitting here in a theater with a ton of families and little girls in #SnowWhite dresses is a reminder that movies bring joy and I need to get out of the film discourse bubble more often.

One week till Christmas. One of the best Christmas movies you've never seen is only 21 minutes long and directed by Don Siegel. I am outlining a Christmas story and this has been an inspiration. youtu.be/0Ghb4aLEHow?si=E__4…

A Star In the Night (1945)

A story that seems very familiar on this Christmas eve...
