Yesterday i got the news that my big brother; pte Hayden Lykkemark has passed away in the tragic wainwright tragedy at the military base. he was the best brother i could've ever been blessed with, he will forever be a hero who stood up for Canada, Rest easy big bro, god bless.

Today is the Regimental Day of the Seaforth Highlanders of Canada. Members served overseas in the First & Second World Wars, and since 1945 have deployed on many international missions including Korea, Egypt, Cyprus, Croatia and most recently in Afghanistan. Cabar feidh gu brath!

1. Salmon Glacier & Granduc Mine Road, Stewart, BC 2. Bloody Falls, Kugluktuk, NU 3. Ramparts, Mackenzie River, NWT 4. Cape Parry (Bird Sanctuary & Dew Line Site), NWT Been to all of these places. All are very difficult to access.
