Wa wa fucking wa. Shut up and get on with it. Squad of primadonnas yet most of them are wank. Fully behind Grezza #pnefc
Rumours of players with in the dressing room not liking Alexander. Devine being one. Apparently wasn’t injured Saturday just taken off due to attitude. He with others have thrown their toys out the pram. #pnefc #rumour

If you’re watching these games and your first thought is that Alexander is out of his depth or needs to go then give your head a wobble. These goals we’re conceding are absolutely amateur. The squad is shocking. Could’ve brought in Pep and wouldn’t have made a difference #pnefc

League One will be class. Fuck off the likes of Storey, Lindsay, Hughes and Pol and start again. At least the likes of Mills, Small and Devine will be decent #pnefc

The nostalgia has got me. I’ve gone from massively against it to all for it. He’s taking us to the Champions League #pnefc
Preston North End are delighted to announce the appointment of Graham Alexander as the Club’s First Team Manager. ✍️ 🔗 pnefc.net/news/2026/septembe… #pnefc

Love him but he ain’t the man for us #pnefc
Preston have made an official approach to Bradford City for permission to hold talks with Graham Alexander. Former defender made over 350 appearances for Preston as a player and has guided Bradford to top of the table in League One #pnefc #bcafc

I will delete my account if we get relegated. Bookmark this, save this, do whatever you want. We’re not going down, no chance #pnefc
📊📉📈 League tables lie. Here’s how the Premier League & EFL are looking in terms of the underlying data as we head into the international break 👀👇

Genuinley how have we fucked this up? In complete control 2-0 up with a man advantage and QPR have dicked us since the sending off. Euell can fuck off too. That coaching team is horrific #pnefc

Won things everywhere he’s been and had a good Europa League run last season. That would be a statement in my opinion #pnefc
Robbie Keane is in the frame for the Preston North End vacancy Not really the statement signing I expected if true 🗣️ Nixon #pnefc

Sorry to any Bradford fans who this pisses off but if we want him he’s jumping at the first opportunity. I wouldn’t personally be overly happy if we got him but it is what it is #pnefc #bcafc
“I work, and I work, and I throw myself into my work. If I’m not doing that, then I’m doing so many people a disservice.” Graham Alexander gives his take on the speculation linking him with the managerial vacancy at Preston North End. #BCAFC | #PNEFC | #BBCEFL

Incredibly intrigued to see who the new manager will be. The easy options for the current ownership to go for will be Rowett, Challinor, Alexander etc but I hope we go a bit outside the box and try and build something actually exciting under the new ownership #pnefc

Preston North End Football Club have today taken the decision to part company with Paul Heckingbottom as First Team Football Manager. Football is a results business and despite significant investment in the playing squad since Paul joined, the results during 2026 and the start of this current campaign have not been acceptable. Paul leaves us with our thanks and best wishes. His professionalism and work ethic during his time with us have been second to none. As a result of this decision Stuart McCall has also left the Club today. We similarly thank Stuart for his contribution over the last two years and wish him all the best for the future. We will now look to appoint a new manager as soon as possible but until such time as we do Jason Euell will take charge of first team matters on an interim basis.
