Jab bhi apne perks and allowances apply karna chahoge to koi na koi Pendency/ survey dikha dega. Ab Branch Head branch sambhaale ya ye sab karey.
Pata nahi kis GM/CGM ne sarey surveys/ Locker rent recovery/ Staff Leaves/ Compliance aur bhi duniya bhar ke CHECK lagane ka idea diya tha, alam ye hai ki Branch Head ke perks benefit mahino pending reh jaate hain.

Public sector bank employees like are the true unsung heroes of demonetisation. While the Mahamanav announced Noteban, and invalidated 90% of ciculating currency in India, PSB employees worked day and night, also on Saturdays and Sundays, handling the sudden rush of over a billion people exchanging and depositing old notes.
They put their own recovery drives and normal banking work on hold, faced angry and frustrated customers and many continued till late evenings without proper rest.
According to bank unions, more than 10 bank employees and officers lost their lives during that period of extreme pressure. Despite the enormous extra work, over half the staff received little or no compensation and officers were largely left out of overtime payments. Yet they kept the banking system running when it mattered most.
Their quiet sacrifice, discipline and commitment under immense stress deserve our lasting respect and gratitude. They didn’t just manage a huge man-made crisis... they carried the heaviest load of a historic policy decision (blunder) on their shoulders. They saved Indian economy from that idiotic decision.

IDBI workers are protesting against the acquisition by Fairfax. Is it because they want to sip tea all day, work less, have pension, enjoy lives while having 100% job security?
Let's privatize all the public sector undertakings. Private or public workers, everyone should work equally hard. There should not be any free lunch for anyone.
Moreover, state should manage state and NOT business. Let private players do the business. You focus on running the country.
