I suspect the real reason eMudhra is exiting the SSL business is Google indicated it is most likely going to drop eMudhra from being trusted by Chrome AT ALL, after observing inexplicable incompetence in how they mis-generated their private key for the CA certificate.

It’s actually a special kind of heartwarming to see this, as it was Dad who taught me to play chess.

Autodesk saw how well it’s going for Adobe to bully its customers (who turn from the biggest promoters to the biggest and most vocal haters after what feels like abusive behaviour from the vendor) and decided to do the same.
Penny wise, pound foolish as the saying goes
This is a wild approach, @autodesk.
We’re a small business paying $380 per user, per month. We’ve been paying customers for over a decade, and we make a deliberate effort to honor the license agreements for every product we use. Your software already requires authentication and an assigned license. What, specifically, prompted this email?
Earlier today, I had two conversations on two separate podcast episodes about your direction with Fusion and why cloud-based API access makes sense for agentic MEP workflows. I was making the case for Autodesk. I think the product direction is right based on recent posts from @andrew_anagnost.
Our company has been deciding where to invest our development effort: integrate our custom cloud agent harness into Autodesk, build on an open-source platform, or adopt one of the emerging cloud alternatives. That decision will lock in years of internal development and software spending. This decision is also central to our plans to expand @PermitZIP nationwide.
An email like this becomes part of that decision. So does the time we have to spend responding to it.For more than a decade, we’ve paid for anywhere from 5 to 30 licenses each year. Autodesk is our single largest SaaS expense. This is a heck of a way to make our next platform decision easier.
Starting next week, we’ll begin transitioning away from Autodesk products. We have nothing to hide and will cooperate with the audit. We’ll also be directing our future spending toward companies that earn our confidence as partners.
I hope your audit goes well.
Playing @thewitcher 3 (remastered) for the first time, never played anything in the franchise .. CDPR absolutely cooked with this game, story telling is great and the game looks amazing.

We as a team did support our teammate and we were wrong.
I apologised to Patrice on tv years ago, which then prompted Liverpool to send him a letter also apologising which was the right thing to do.
Your reaction to my slight criticism saying you & Rio are in bed with Ronaldo so it clouds your judgement when speaking about him is embarrassing. You batter people every day, when it’s the other way you storm out of a tv studio or get personal. All to get another interview you sycophant.
So, @Carra23 dislikes me (and @rioferdy5 ) sticking up for our friend @Cristiano , or as he puts it ‘defending the indefensible.’

This was Microsoft’s confidential international Halo research from October 2000. Only Jaime and I went to the presentation.
The first conclusion they came to was that we shouldn’t call it Halo.
And that point, I checked out and never listened to a word they said again.

Huh? They ripped off our first collaboration with Gibson in 08. Called it the Jazz and Blues model. I bought one and took it to Jim Rosenberg at Epiphone and a year later we launched an official JB low cost Epiphone that continues to this day. 😎👍

Lewis Hamilton was on soft tyres same as Charles Leclerc. He controlled the situation and managed not to crash into anyone or put himself in a vulnerable position. He was down in P18, a whole minute behind everyone else. Charles Leclerc had pitted overtook him.
Lewis Hamilton gambled and stayed out and for 32 laps on soft tyres making overtake after overtake until he reached P5. He was then pitted for used mediums. He maintained the distance and was pitted again for softs, where he overtook Isack Hadjar for P3.
People are “glazing” Lewis Hamilton because he gambled, took the risk, managed tyres, controlled the car and gained where he could to get advantage throughout the race.
If you’re mad about it maybe your driver should have done something incredible during the race.

Whos gonna tell him the world number 1 threw his chance at winning the Darts Grand Prix so he could watch the Rugby?
Apparently there's a game of rugby on at Old Trafford between two mid table teams for the right to call themselves #SuperLeague champions, when a teams already been given a trophy for winning the comp. Bit silly if you ask me. Good job the #WGPDarts is on at same time.
