Thought of the day… it’s pretty difficult to have your best fall cross country season ever if you aren’t willing to have your best summer of training ever.

Thanks to everyone that attended the @PalmsDistSummit the past 2 Days. This couldn’t have happened without the 70+ Relentless Learners and generous Clinic sponsors. A special thanks to @DougSoles @JIRMESSER @timo_mostert and Rick Baker for the wealth of knowledge they shared.

Not going to get a much better learning experience when you get this lineup of coaches sharing their knowledge. This was hands down the best coaching clinics I’ve ever attended! Thank @PalmsDistSummit for hosting this amazing event!

Bad coaches “serve” others when it benefits “them”.
Average coaches serve others when they feel like it.
Good coaches serve others in much of what they do.
Great coaches FALL IN LOVE with servant leadership, and make serving others a top priority in everything they do!
