Really amazing strength and vol in $BBIO today. Quite uncharacteristic for the stock. Already traded > than it's 50-day avg volume

I suspect this is damage control. Doctors are not happy with UTC. $LQDA didn't lose and that will be clear in the future. $380M to drop all litigations was worth it, risk removed completely.
$LQDA Is surging today because on call $UTHR said there is no requirement or expectation that PH-ILD patients would have to switch to Tyvaso DPI. It will remain a physician/patient decision. This puts a $1B run-rate in play for 2027

Maybe now that we know that $MRNA isn’t curing all cancer, their meme stock status will be revoked and money can flow back to other $xbi names with good science.

$KURA The most undervalued commercial onco-play? Late 2025 approved AML drug ziftomenib is rapidly gaining traction: Q2 sales $9.1M (+57% QoQ), and they already have the majority of new starts in r/r NPM1m AML (per Kura). IMO, investors have underestimated the once-daily dosing vs $SNDX twice-daily + potential cardiac safety edge. The biggest upside is still frontline AML: $350-400M current US TAM vs $7B expanded TAM. Mgmt sees $3B peak sales potential. ASH (abstracts Nov 4): possible aza/ven durability, FLT3 combos & broader AML data. Earlier 96% CRc with ziftomenib + 7+3. Durability will be a key, a lot to expect for esp. updated data at ASH in dec. Risks: J&J bleximenib (Ph3, update schedule not given) & $SNDX competition.   A great commercial play with significant upsise, and if the frontline data holds up, we are looking at 3x-10x the valuation. CEO just having bought shares twice and talked about adding also reassures the long term theses.  Next catalyst: earnings and ASH abstracts both in two weeks.  Do your own DD.

$TGTX Prakhar - Positioning seems long into earnings, as investors noted to us that third-party data sources, such as claims data, suggest a strong Q3

FWIW hearing from M&A focused banks that there are multiple deals in the works and sounds like a couple of substantial ones could get announced in the near term (weeks). Will hopefully help with sentiment for biotech $XBI $BBC

You have to hand it to $TGTX. While there has been blood all over the street, TG has been very stable. Azer-Cel coming on the 23rd and perhaps that coincides with a better overall mkt, and an upswing on the XBI.

Now that the saga is over I still say most logical company to potentially buy $LQDA is $UTHR - they’re only ones that can openly promote Yutrepia for ph-ild , everyone else can only promote pah. I expect decent off label sales but Uthr can max that portion of the business

$LQDA should start its (not so?) slow march towards 60+ tomorrow. It was held down by the suit. The growth and margins command a higher valuation. I would expect a royalty deal was offered and they chose cash payouts instead to preserve M&A flexibility.

$LQDA $xbi Good news, and a victory for reasonableness. A good outcome all around, and especially for patients — global settlement: > Fully resolves all six ongoing lawsuits between the companies > Maintains uninterrupted access to YUTREPIA® for patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) > Liquidia (LQDA) to pay net $380.7 million in multiple installments in 2026 and 2027, inclusive of payments to resolve antitrust litigation against United Therapeutics > Strong financial position with $222.7 million in Q3’26 YUTREPIA net product sales (preliminary, unaudited), contributing to $396.1 million in cash and cash equivalents as of September 30, 2026 > Liquidia will continue to advance YUTREPIA and L606 clinical programs as previously outlined
