4 years ago today this happened and changed my life irrevocably. Blessed to survive and the journey back to better mental health has at times been brutal. But I’m here, I’m grateful, I’m stronger, I’m more resilient and I know I have the inner strength to conquer anything. My lotus flower is there to celebrate this journey. Big love to all who helped me through and fuck fate.
