AZ's 2nd Chances ballot initiative is modest #justicereform designed to safely reduce the prison population. Its the only initiative Gov. @dougducey hasn't opposed so far. Predictably, anti-reformers filed a legal challenge, but today, the trial court allowed it to go forward!
