Technically we don't know if illegal aliens themselves cast those ballots, or if the 'aliens' are even real. They could easily be fictitious records in our voter reg databases/electronic poll books.
The current election ecosystem provides NO ABILITY TO ENSURE THAT ONLY ELIGIBLE VOTERS HAVE CAST BALLOTS.
Yes, it cannot distinguish a ballot filled out by an eligible voter and one filled out by an ineligible voter. And THAT is one of the largest problems we have. The system is fundamentally broken and IRREDEEMABLY COMPROMISED with a CAPITAL 'I' and 'C'.
The other problem is the system does not provide us any ability to confirm that the tabulation of votes is accurate. NONE. ZERO. ZILCH. Everything is based on assumption, blind trust, and lies.

Subsequent reporting identified that candidate as David Dillie, running for Georgia House District 161, and confirmed that both Georgia and Nevada had open investigations. The truth matters BOTH ways. If David Dillie did not cast the Nevada ballot, he deserves to have that established promptly. If the evidence establishes a violation, voters deserve the facts and appropriate enforcement of the law. Double voting is a FELONY. An allegation is not a conviction, and an investigation is not an automatic disqualification. But fairness also requires urgency when the person under investigation is on the ballot.

Following the 2022 election, the Secretary of State's Investigations Division launched a probe following complaints of double-voting in that election. Using information obtained from Georgia's membership in the Electronic Registration Information Center's (ERIC) Cross State Voter Participation Project, the state identified potential instances of double-voting.
"Any illegal vote undermines a citizen's legal vote," said Secretary Raffensperger. "One citizen, one vote - anyone who tries to run up the scoreboard will be prosecuted."
