Telling people againnn and this applies to young skinny people!!! Not just overweight people, brown people, or if you have PCOS. You need to leave around 3 hours between snacking, your insulin cannot keep up if you keep spiking your sugar again and again. Coupla squats after meals or a brisk 10 min walk reduces the spike when you do eat whenever you can. Even just calf raises. Having protein with sugar reduces spikes. You shouldn’t be having 188228 pumps of syrup in your drinks daily and having it between meals. We weren’t built for this!

I am impressed by this. Not by their climbing or bypassing security. But to be such a specific kind of crazy, that requires not just bravado but also great skill, and to find someone exactly as crazy, as skilful, as willing, who even happens to look like you and to have them be in love with you... few people will ever be so lucky, few people will ever live life so fully. To be lucky to find this, you don't need to live 80 or 90 years. They have already lived a hundred lives.

i actually think "surface level" friendships are very healthy. not everyone in your life has to be your ride or die. some friends are for the gym. some are for going out. some are just for complaining about work or bureaucracy. when you stop expecting everyone to be your everything, the disappointment disappears. those deep convos and connections are for the 2-3 people closest to you
