Why is nobody mentioning this?!
Wake up Andy Burnham! See the big picture. And stand up to our enemies. Journalists. Do a bit of digging FFS. What is behind the demands for reparations by the likes of Barbados? Why was The Queen replaced as its head of state by a President in 2021? CHINA. The Chinese are buying influence to manipulate and undermine the Commonwealth. It's warfare against the West. And China's weapon is its wealth. Since 2019 China has invested heavily in Barbados infrastructure, and trade partnerships, formalized under the Belt and Road Initiative Caribbean nations (like many in Africa) are now indebted and under China's control. China has invested approximately US$66 million into major development initiatives focused on water and food production. This includes the South Coast Water Reclamation Project (implemented by China Railway Shanghai Engineering Group) to modernize wastewater treatment and reuse water for irrigation, as well as the rehabilitation of local pump stations by the Barbados Water Authority and water treatment projects in the Scotland District. Scotland District Road Infrastructure With a US$115 million loan/assistance package from the Exim Bank of China, Barbados is undertaking a major road and bridge resilience project improving over 224 kilometers of roads and eight bridges in the Scotland District. Agricultural and Food Security Parks: China has gifted key agricultural infrastructure, including the Dukes Agri-Industrial Park in St. Thomas and the Barbados Institute of Food and Agriculture in St. Lucy, aimed at modernizing farming and combatting an aging agricultural workforce. Historical and Public Infrastructure: Past and ongoing Chinese-backed or constructed projects include the Sir Garfield Sobers Gymnasium, the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre, the Cheapside Market, and ongoing work on the National Stadium. Trade and Electric Vehicles: Bilateral trade reached roughly US$163 million to US$188 million in recent years, with China primarily exporting electric vehicles, accessories, and furniture to Barbados while importing goods like rum and medical equipment.

Bloody mess 🙄 🤬 Well done @MayorofLondon admit it isn’t working and we’ll be as you were …no harm done
Beware of the cyclists: Oxford Street's £150million 'pedestrian-only' zone lauded by Sadiq Khan as a 'greener, safer, world-class destination' is now swamped with reckless riders one week on - as shoppers call for fines trib.al/K3iJPvE

Even if they had a cycle lane they’d be all over the pavement. So let’s hope they don’t waste our money on that too 😩

Guys, Remembrance Sunday is just around the corner! 🇬🇧❤️ Every year our legendary London black cab drivers do their bit to honour our veterans and those who gave their lives for the freedoms we enjoy today. Support Cabs for Veterans by buying a badge at the Green Huts across London. Big up our black cab drivers. Absolute legends! Bosh! ❤️🇬🇧

It isn't Islamophobia Awareness Month. It is Remembrance Month. You know for the people who fought and died for this country so your ilk could sit on your arses with the comments turned off on benefits. Tosser.
This Islamophobia Awareness Month, we must shine a light on the abhorrent hatred and discrimination Muslims continue to face. In the last year alone, religious hate crimes targeting Muslims rose by 15% in England and Wales. This is utterly unacceptable. London will always stand against hatred, prejudice and discrimination.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
UK security agencies still assess Islamist extremism as the largest terrorism threat. MI5's Islamist-related caseload remains roughly 75% of its counter-terrorism work, according to recent threat assessments. isdglobal.org/digital-dispat…

This is my Dads 325,000 mile Vito 113 Taxi that he has owned for 2 years, he’s 73 and still goes out a few days/evenings doing a job he’s done essentially for the past 30+ years. Friday evenings are one of the best earners, naturally. Last night a lad engaged in a Police chase came down the South Brink on the wrong side of the road (on a corner), in an uninsured Nissan Qashqai and essentially crashed head-on into my Dad. He then got out and ran, I don’t know yet if they have found him or even know who he is. Thankfully Dad (reluctantly) went to the hospital to get checked out and all is ok baring a bit of pain where the seat belt did its job. Either way that’s a good, reliable car and a way of him earning money now gone because some dickhead decided to drive in a ridiculous way through a fairly busy town.

Joan knows it’s the best way to travel in #London ❤️
Dame Joan Collins was taken to Claridges by Lisa in her Cabs-for-Veterans liveried taxi. Lisa’s definitely star struck with this fantastic lady.

To those who are bashing 95 year old Barbara Barrie who chose assisted suicide in her battle with terminal cancer, saying that it was up to God when she died. I'd like to say it's clear you've never watched someone die of terminal cancer and MIND YOUR FUCKING BUSINESS!

The housing market is a whole, if you attack landlords by imposing an additional 4% tax in just one year you impact the entire market, mortgages. developer share values AND the value of people’s homes.
