Rudakabana was never a muslim though. That is the point. They all made assumptions from the off. They are too embarassed to admit they made a mistake, so they double down. Childhood psychopathy can be found in any walk of life. That's the cold truth they can't handle.
He basically believes that brown kids are immigrant terrorists every single time, and white kids are whatever excuse he wants to give them. Just another bog standard racist at the end of the day.

And why did he edit a clip to mislead? I'll wait for the outcome of the council disciplinary hearing I think.
There is an inquiry report full of the facts. YOU won't read it because you don't do facts unless they align with what you want to believe. Fortunately, there are people far more intelligent and qaulified than you that ONLY deal in facts. Now stop wasting my time.
Why would you care? You don't do facts unless they align with what you want to believe. Fortunately, there are people far more intelligent and qaulified than you that ONLY deal in facts. Now stop wasting my time.
That's the point. All of these kids are psychopaths. Rudakabana was displaying a fascination for knives before he even knew what terrorism was. Don't come back until you've read the report and can show some understanding of his psychological development and how authorites failed.
2/ And recently, a teenage boy stabbed a girl 10 times for rejecting him. The judge has sent him for rehabilitation! Where do you think his drive to stab someone like that came from? It's far more complex than you are willing to acknowledge.
Oh but you really do. Because right now you are just hiding wilfull ignorance. Psychopathic adults are always childern first. Remember he kids that killed James Bulger? What religion do you wnt to blame their crime on? A fascination with violence can literally come from anywhere.

An appeal reviews all the evidence as well as the judgement. Juries are people randomly selected from the electoral register. They do not know what case they are hearing until the first day of selection for trial.

2/ What is harder for the public to understand is crimes are differentiated by type, with sub categories within that. So a lesser category of what feels like a more serious crime, can get a lesser sentence than a more serious catergory of a different crime, if that makes sense.

1/ First of all, sentencing guidelines reward guilty pleas, and first offences. Edwards pled guilty. 'Tommy' went to trial. The other problem is that 'Tommy' has a previous conviction for harassment and stalking of a journalist and her partner. This is an aggravating factor.

How he thinks any of this helps his defence is mind boggling.
Fake press cards will get him nowhere with the French Police. Deportation and a ban on ever returning incoming.

Yes. Different country, different laws. The French do not mess about.

Press Pass lol. He thinks the French Police are stupid.
A condition of receiving housing benefit is that the property is your primary address that you live in most of the time. Most of the time means an absence that is no more than 13 weeks in total each year (within certain rules).
Replying to @DanJFalconer @superTV247
I don't see that happening this time.
