Hey guys… It’s with a heavy heart that I inform everyone that during the weekend my darling babygirl Nikki passed away. She was old and was in pain and she suddenly took a turn for the worse… I know I’m usually pretty energetic around here but I’ll be absent for a while because I can’t even pretend I’d be okay right now. To my dearest babygirl, I feel so privileged to have been the one to find you and provide you with the love you so deserved during your final years. I came across you when you were already old and battered, you got sick and I thought you wouldn’t make it but momma never gave up on you and you rewarded me with four more extra years. It hurts me so deeply to not be able to hold you, to tell you how much of a good girl you always were. I’ll miss kissing your forehead and holding onto your floppy ears. I’ll miss our naps and baths and walks together Most of all, I’ll miss how you looked at me, with those big beautiful brown eyes always full of so much love and understanding. I love you Nikki, forever and always
