Tyler Wade couldn't pop off 40+ bombs if he ran through an Iraqi mine field
Rob Manfred, after Tampa extended the season, impatiently waiting for 8+ months of no baseball to begin:
How smart you are is debatable, based on your Ohtani comments. But, Patel was not the FBI Director at that time, and the FBI wasn't even the lead agency on the investigation. So, you DON'T know how banking works, if Ohtani's fake, or how federal investigations are run. LMAO
I can only imagine what Yankee fans would be saying about Aaron Boone if he had managed a bullpen in the WS clinching game the way Murphy just did LMAO
Look at David Hamilton playing that great fundamental baseball in the field AND small ball at the plate!
Baseball the right way!!
Uhhh what? The Dodgers were literally swept directly by the smallest market team, so why is this about the Yankees? What a ridiculous comment. The Yankees lost. There isn't anything "worse" then losing.
nypost.com/2026/10/27/sports… Yankees’ sweep at the hands of the small-market Rays looks even worse today with Rays being dismantled by even smaller-market Brewers
Well, this touched a nerve LMAO
Two years later and fans still crying over something that wasn't even a bad managerial decision. The replies are even more clueless. (Famously, pitchers are completely unequipped to pitch after being on the IL for a month)
Please, for the love of God, go root for another team.

I've seen some speculation that the Yankees would or should let Chisholm walk and re-sign Torres. My question is, why?
'23-'26:
Chisholm - 9.7 bWAR, 108 OPS+
Torres - 9.8 bWAR, 109 OPS+
JC has the higher offensive ceiling, so what's this accomplishing?
What should they do?

Can't wait to see the reaction from the Nestor Cortes/Tim Hill crowd if Brandon Woodruff makes a WS appearance. On the IL twice, had shoulder surgery on the table at one point, and hasn't pitched since 7/4. Stupid decision by Milwaukee to roster him, right?
It's funny, when former players like CC, Rizzo, Jeter and ARod rip the Yankees, they're hailed as geniuses who know the game.
When two former GMs (Phillips and O'Dowd) and former player, Anthony Recker, praise the Yankees, "They don't know what the fuck they're talking about!"
It takes real balls to do this...
Brewers players will be wearing custom designed cups in the World Series

"But, who picks the players?"
As if guys not living up to their potential is controlled by the front office.
Didn't realize it was WHINEsday
