Our data from a recent pipeline validation using 48 positive Covid samples from spring 2022 in comparison to recent data from cov-spectrum (cov-spectrum.org/) shows, three months later, worldwide dominant variants are BA.5.1, BA.5.2.1, and BA.5.2 respectively.
