ALT This study highlights anakinra’s ability to reduce inflammation and heart failure risk in STEMI patients, irrespective of coronary artery disease (CAD) complexity. Pooled analysis of 139 patients revealed no interaction between CAD extent and treatment efficacy, underscoring anakinra’s broad applicability across the CAD spectrum for improving outcomes.
