How is this different from the blacks falling for whites to come recolonize Africa? Seriously, how is this different?

Lol, they have a better standard of living. They aren't being ravaged by bandits. Dictatorship or not, they are better than us. Stop being disingenuous

“Chicken Republic was founded by Deji Akinyanju” ✅✅✅ “Chicken Republic is owned by Deji Akinyanju” ❌❌❌❌ Although Deji Akinyanju has less than 0.5% stake in the business, 80%+ of Chicken Republic is owned by Development Partners International (DPI) and African Capital Alliance.
Chicken Republic is owned by Deji Akinyanju Sweet Sensation is owned by Kehinde Kamson Tastee Fried Chicken is owned by Olayinka Pamela Adedayo Item7go is owned by Ibigbemi Oloruntobi Kilimanjaro is owned by Ebele Enunwa Tantalizers is owned by Abosede Ayeni While Akwa Ibom and Cross River State are reputed for their culinary prowess, no one from either state seems to have a national fast-food brand/franchise. I think it's ironic.

Because I'm from a bad country, I can't criticise other bad countries? What kind of ass argumentation is this? By this same logic, what right do you have to look down on virtually any other country outside Africa then? Or you didn't think that far?
Another bit of trivia. When you’re a Nigerian living the Nigerian reality, you should be a little more cautious about sitting on your high horse and passing judgment on North Korea, let alone dismissing the country as an unlivable backwater. There is a certain irony in confidently looking down on another country’s living conditions when you have so many of your own to contend with.

You better be careful!!!!

I see about 50 cars here, say they're all 50 million naira, then the total cost is about 2.5B naira. To afford this, the governor would have had to steal 41 naira out of the monthly amount allocated to each citizen.

The first thing my lawyer told me was that, don’t help them. Let them do their work and only confirm what they already know. I had a lawyer on retainer so he was at EFCC office even before I got there, this caused a big problem because they claim i shouldn’t have a lawyer on the go when I’m not a criminal. EFCC combed my bank account for 5 days, going through every single transactions from 2017 till 2024, saw a transaction of up to N5M as at 2017 and claimed it was a red flag. Note that they didn’t have any evidence to link it to any crime. EFCC combed through my phones, read hundreds of emails, browsing history, purchase receipts, etc dating back as far as 2017, took me in for profiling three times, and yet, they couldn’t find any shred of evidence linking me to internet fraud EFCC told me that they have reason to detain me for up to 21 days without trial because according to them, I shouldn’t have N5M(single transaction) in my account as at 2017. Let that sink in!! They detained me for 8 days, tortured me for 3hrs the first day and yet they couldn’t find a single, or any shred of evidence linking me to cybercrime. Do you know how crazy it is for EFCC to investigate you for 8 days without finding any evidence of the crime you were arrested for? EFCC told me point blank that we know you’re not into fraud but “we can’t simply let you leave due to the huge sum found in your account” EFCC told my lawyer I said I don’t want to see him three times before he was eventually allowed in EFCC told my family that I declined their visitation request. Lastly EFCC said those who confessed to have committed internet fraud will leave the detention before me and they did. I was the last person to leave despite not finding a single evidence of cybercrime or internet fraud even till now
For those who’ve been detained by EFCC, share your experience. Let the people wey fit soon join learn what to say, what not to say, and what to expect. 😂

I only see 2 obviously fake entries. Are you alluding to majority of the names being of NORTHERN origin @mundus01? If so, don’t you realize that there are pockets of northern voters in Abia state (Aba especially)? Will pockets of SE voters in Kebbi state also be “interesting”?
These are all registered voters in a polling unit in Abia state. Do you find anything interesting with the names?

lol I said it. It’s VERY CONVINCING for even non Yorubas seff. “Make him use him eight years Dey go” loll. I wonder if this stems from our feudal history where people don’t like to see the sovereign disgraced. 😃

Please continue SLOWING DOWN @JosephOTegbe! You have slowed down from a peak of 4483.3MW to 4127.5MW this past week. We will be very “grateful” if you slow things down to less than 1000MW by election day. 🙏🏽 #BestMinisterEver

Or people screaming “you’re the most corrupt” “no you’re the most corrupt” at each other. I hope journalists keep pressing all sides on questions of policy! Especially WHERE THEY WILL GET THE MONEY FROM
It's actually giving me a bit of hope. Just a sliver. Typically, pre-election season was typically based on tribal fights with a heavy side of charisma competitions.

A small win. The 2031 elections will be ideologically driven. The larger than life politicians like Tinubu, Atiku will be out of it. Coupled with the federalist reforms, the 2031 candidates will have to really sell distinct visions

The thing with corruption in Nigeria is there are so many rackets in different sectors that, you may never know until someone in that sectors tells you about it.
I didn’t even know about this one. Madness!
