Today Israel votes.
For the first time with no hostages in Gaza.
For the first time as a nation that fought back - and survived.
Whatever the result - democracy is alive and well in the Middle East.

Who killed Robert McCartney?
Why was Brendan Devine taken from a Sinn Fein office in North Belfast to be interrogated by the Provisional IRA?
The McCartney family have been fighting for truth and justice for 21 years.

Just look at the Edinburgh Garden of Remembrance. Completely wrecked.
Our poppies and our remembrance are being sneered at more and more.
When people keep talking down the poppy and treating patriotism like something to be ashamed of, it sends a message. In my view, that's giving the vandals a green light.
War memorials defaced. Poppies ripped down. Tributes to our heroes disrespected.
The men and women who died for this country deserve better. Lest we forget means NEVER forget.

England walk off the pitch against Ireland the U15 World Cup after one of their players alleges he was called a monkey
When @GRobinsonDUP made this statement we all expected him to take action. He hasn’t used any “mechanisms”, we still have a law breaking First Minister getting a free pass!
Grow a set and take the lead from the Upper Bann MP!

“Some of our main problems now is with the middle class who believe they own the Ormeau,” says Noel Liggett, District Master of Ballynafeigh Loyal Orange Lodge, No 10, whose Orange Hall stands on the Ormeau Road.
“If you drive down the Ormeau Road in a bit of sunshine, you’ll see the coffee shops, all the guys sitting sipping their coffees. The older Prods will be down the side street, not really taking part. They look on us with contempt.”

"Females and children were banned from attending."
First the utterly ridiculous 3k attendance claims, now this. The ongoing mental gymnastics from Republicans over Saturday night's parade are something else to behold.
Rent free.

I see females and children were banned from attending. Bitter old men. The last month has turned SDLP voters to SF. Well done guys.

If you cared that much you would have been down there last night. Your absence, along with Gavin Robinson, of on the ground support for the brave 35 hasn't gone unnoticed by the Loyalist and Unionist people.
Many may well remember next May!
A stormy and cold night, but sending a strong message. People are rightly angry at the behaviour of those who have thumbed their nose at law and have defied the decisions of the parades commission, the courts and the PSNI. We are all deeply proud of our traditions and give them our absolute support- we have been deeply hurt and angered by the abuse and hatred our traditions, identity and culture has had to endure.
Well done to all the bands and those who participated, and in such a dignified way. The lawful behaviour of the Orange and all those who support them is in stark contrast to those who opposed and oppose them.
I didn’t see Emma there last night? Nor did I see Bro. Gavin Robinson?
This is about more than a parade now, it’s about law and order being upheld, it’s about those in government being lawbreakers! Emma and Gavin are facilitating a law breaker being First Minister!
