The Restaurants Association of Ireland was delighted to attend an event in Brussels today to mark the culmination of the @RESTwithEU pilot project.
The opportunity to contribute to the project was an extremely valuable one that will have far-reaching benefits for the future of Europe's food-led hospitality sector. The project and the highly successful case studies emerging from it will lead the way in creating a more resilient and sustainable future for Europe's food-led hospitality sector.
Details around @RESTwithEU's Digital Pathway Tool, guidebook and portfolio of case studies for restaurants and cafés to replicate will be shared with Restaurant Association of Ireland members in the coming days.
