The world is changing fast.
We are navigating Hyperbitcoinization and the continued penetration of digital capital, Bitcoin, into the future of finance.
At the same time, we are witnessing the emergence of digital intelligence and the AI Singularity, disrupting every business model and the way we work forever.
On one side, we have a solid, never changing foundation.
On the other, we have exponential acceleration and change.
I think it’s the adoption and mastery of these two tools that are critical for a prosperous future.
For months, @saylor has been buying back $STRC below par, spending roughly $200M/week from $MSTR ATM to drag it back toward par.
The play book is quite simple.
@saylor has been buying back $STrC at $99, and will reissue at one hundred when it’s back at par - that’s a ~1% gain in a couple weeks, or call it 26-52% annualized return.
If that beats Bitcoin’s risk-adjusted return, the rational allocation is obvious: buy the preferred now, not the coin.
The pending vote to switch $STRC to daily dividends is the other half of the play.
Daily accruals should pin it to par by killing the drift that lets it trade sub-one-hundred.
The one percent harvest window is the gap between now and that vote.
Once $STRC is at par, the next move writes itself: hammer the $STRC ATM and convert every dollar of issuance straight into Bitcoin.
Best part, the accumulation engine is restarting near cycle-low prices.
That’s not a bear market setup. That’s the opening act of the bull.
Enjoy the show!
$MSTR $STRC $BTC
The market is not pricing in a sustained bid for Bitcoin from $STRC at par everyday from here on out.
If approved, $STRC will start paying daily dividends one week from today. It will be the first global security with calendar day accruals, paving the way for the digital transformation of capital markets.
$MSTR earnings calls are generally irrelevant now. This is actually a feature, not a bug.
Investors understand exactly where the company is at any moment in time. There is no guessing.
The only thing that matters now is - is $STRC at par? Is demand for the prefs growing or not?
The company is incredibly simple.
$MSTR
The earnings call is six days away.
One of the most anticipated events as a Strategy investor.
I have two questions that I hope management answers.
Given the level of transparency, communication, and media appearances from the team, there aren’t many areas where Strategy leaves investors with unanswered questions.
However, unlike the first half of the year, which saw us accelerate Bitcoin purchases, the second half has largely been about taking our foot off the gas on Bitcoin accumulation and focusing on supporting $STRC as it works its way back towards $100.
Common shareholders have borne the cost of that rebuilding process.
These are the two areas I’m looking for clarity on.
1. USD cash and capital allocation
We’re currently left with $447M in USD cash.
Given that we’ve primarily funded $STRC buybacks through this cash balance, we’re not far from exhausting it at the current pace.
I believe we’ve bought back $180–200M in $STRC over the past week, which could see the remaining balance cut in half as we approach next week.
My question is: as $STRC returns towards $100 and Bitcoin moves higher, potentially expanding the common mNAV, how does management intend to balance replenishing the USD cash balance, supporting $STRC, and resuming aggressive Bitcoin accumulation?
Personally, I’d like to see management prioritize replenishing the cash balance opportunistically and accretively.
If the ultimate goal is to maintain $STRC’s stability, having a healthy cash balance reduces the pressure on MSTR to fund future dividend obligations and potential $STRC buybacks.
It could also provide flexibility for future MSTR buybacks.
2. The growth of $STRC
Saylor has touched on the potential end state for $STRC multiple times: a dollar-backed, zero-volatility digital money instrument.
Are there any developments in conversations with large institutions or potential banking partners that could help bring this vision closer to reality?
What are institutions looking for before they participate at scale, and how far are we from reaching that next stage of adoption?
The growth of $STRC is a major part of Strategy’s next phase, and I’d like to understand what progress is being made behind the scenes.
There’s nothing more I’d like to see than @Strategy resuming its aggressive march towards one Nakamoto.
I back this management team to get us there in no time.
The entire community will be tuned in on the 29th as we wait for another masterclass.
Mission: Strategy.
$BTC $MSTR $STRC
Write covered calls on $MSTR until $STRC has regained par.
@saylor will continue to dampen upside volatility of $MSTR by issuing shares until their #1 corporate objective is achieved.
Strategy has acquired 250 $BTC and repurchased $192M of $STRC. As of 10/11/26, we hold 848,250 BTC and $5.5B of USD Assets. $MSTR strategy.com/press/strategy-…

I'm working on a long post/thread walking through the bull case for SpaceX, and let me forewarn you, it is insane. If $SPCX can accomplish even half of the bull case, it will still be insane. Probably posting it tonight or tomorrow. Stay tuned.
I was a day or two early with this post. It’s coming…10 year at 5.26% and rising.
It’s on. Daily dividends will have $STRC pinned to par and the accumulation engine back in full force.
Bitcoin Yield is [finally] on its way back.
US 10-year yield at 5.18% and rising.
Bond prices are literally collapsing.
These are the global reserve assets 😆.
The world economy is built on these assets as the back bone and yet they are more volatile than Bitcoin at this point.
The only question is when do we get intervention.
Rates rise until the Treasury and Fed step in more meaningfully.
All eyes on bitcoin. It’ll price in the money printer before anything else.
It only ends with intervention. First the treasury, and eventually the Fed.
Bitcoiners have posited and discussed this end game for years, and are defensively positioned.
Now we witness the theory play out in plain sight.
Global, sovereign debt crisis in full bloom.
