An AQI of 674 is an extreme air-pollution emergency & DANGEROUS. Has anyone told you this yet? It should be treated as a serious public-health worry as it cant be fixed overnight. At this level not only healthy adults, children, older people, pregnant women and people with asthma, COPD, heart disease are extremely vulnerable. We all need to remain healthy alive and safe for next Diwali. So take care & stay indoors, wear masks use air purifiers, Fry less at home & avoid crackers for your loved ones sake. Thoroughly investigating the Epstein files is one of the most empowering acts we can take for children who were groomed, sexually abused and exploited, often left with lifelong trauma.
Trump and his family are in serious trouble.
Democrats are now planning to launch aggressive investigations into the Epstein files, Elon Musk's DOGE and ICE.
Amazon, Apple, Google and Palantir are also under heavy scrutiny.
Democrats will also investigate Trump's pardons and his family's business dealings with Jared Kushner.
Trump's diesel deal with Russia will also come under investigation.
Letters are already being sent to ports, banks and fuel industry groups warning of criminal liability, investigations and lawsuits.
The top priority, however, is releasing the Epstein files to the public.
This could put some very powerful people including Trump behind bars.
A genuine invite for a man-to-man debate. Yet watch for narcissistic defensiveness, blame-shifting, excessive irrelevant arguments & the theatre of Machiavellianism and DARVO. Recognise when to limit contact & disengage from narcissists becoming aware you cannot debate with someone determined to pseudo argue.
As a child safety advocate and trauma therapist, my heart rushes to the traumatised little victims and their families in recent incidents. Hope I could hold their painful emotional space for them.
Such incidents remind us of the power of positive Role Modelling by community heroes, primary carers & responsible adults. When violence, hatred and aggression are role modelled or glorified children may begin to normalise them, struggling to distinguish reel from real. Let us reflect before endorsing any form of violence in the community because Little eyes are watching, Little ears listening, and Little hearts learning.

On the birth anniversary of Dr. Homi Jehangir Bhabha, sharing a piece of historic gold.
2 December 1947. India is just 108 days old. PM Jawaharlal Nehru writes to a 38 year old physicist about atomic energy.
"We are anxious to help you in every way in developing atomic energy in India."
He doesn't make empty promises. He tells Bhabha plainly that he cannot guarantee the funds. But he gives him something more valuable - his trust. & he encloses a note for Bhabha to carry to Britain, Canada and France, telling the world's scientists that this man speaks for India and deserves their cooperation.
Think about that. A nation only months old chose to bet on science. A Prime Minister personally vouched for his scientist before the world.
The bond between them was rare. Bhabha called Nehru "Bhai." Nehru gave him freedom, Bhabha gave India a future. Out of that trust came TIFR, the Atomic Energy Commission & the foundations of India's nuclear and scientific strength.
Nations are not built only by those who hold power. They are built when those in power believe in those who hold ideas.
Remembering the man who looked at a newborn nation and saw a scientific power. We are still living inside his dream.

I never respond to a narcissistic person’s posts or comments. NEVER ! Narcissists enjoy sadism, avoid responsibility & accountability, gaslights, shifts blame on others, plays the victim card, and provoke reactions. They belittle one person all the time or everyone every time to make themselves feel superior.
TRY THIS
- Never feel the need to respond. A loser remains a loser, even if they scream from a rooftop that they are the best.
- Use the “Grey Rock” approach. Ignore them, block them, and stay away. Your humanity and peace is worth keeping.
- Know your worth. You are a masterpiece. The last thing you need is validation from a narcissist.
- Protect your peace sanity & space because they will beat you with their narcissist experience.
If any country a UN member hoping to hold a permanent Security Council seat insists that peaceful protests were handled lawfully, respecting human rights and social justice, substantiating its claims with credible evidence should be a cakewalk for anyone. Surely, that would be the most fitting response to silence critics and demonstrate the truth.

Please, please don't do this to any child to mange your personal frustrations or struggles. The trauma these children experience will last longer than you can imagine. They may grow up believing they are at fault, with such low self-esteem that will impact their education, damage their lives, family relationships, and their own parenting capacity. I hope these lovely children receive some counselling.
