Basics:
Bollinger bands are used to determine whether the price are high or low on relative basis.Bollinger bands use 20sma and 2 standard deviation of it.
I use three setup combined with RSI
every single trade is random
most traders look at a chart and think:
"what will happen next?"
Instead :
"is price doing what my plan is "
once you understand that, you stop trying to predict every move.
Most trading strategies fall into just two categories:
• Trend Following(FOLLOW STRENGTH)
• Mean Reversion(FADE EXTREMES)
