Younger voters are extremely concerned about data privacy and surveillance. They're also far more tech-savvy than most of the political class and they understand that "age verification" - is "papers please" to access the digital world. They understand that ID verification does not protect children online. They have watched as red states and the republicans in Congress have worked fast and furious to implement this de facto digital ID through legislation or litigation. This is uniparty, Big Government, surveillance of citizens and outside of the astroturfed coalitions, nobody actually wants this!!

I'm begging you: > Stop letting exchanges freeze your withdrawals > Stop getting accounts closed for "unusual activity" > Stop explaining a $200 transfer to compliance > Stop sending your passport to apps that get breached > Stop trusting "support" in your DMs > Stop asking permission to spend your own money > Spend crypto directly > Keep your ID off other people's databases > Take your privacy back

Everyone talks about “compliance” when it comes to privacy. Compliance with which jurisdiction? North Korea? Zambia? Transnistria? when you call a smart contract in jurisdiction X, do you need to comply with laws of jurisdiction Y? Do I need to prove to the guy who owns a kebab shop I am not a criminal to buy a kebab? No, I hand him cash and he hands me a kebab. Privacy is normal, we need to not be afraid to make digital cash have the same properties as physical cash.

Identity is literally broken: Chainalysis Genosis Pay ID Scan Oracle Health Danish CPR register Burger King Gyazo Revolut Capcom That’s just off the top of my head from the last few weeks. By no means a complete list.

Ansem, Frank, Kimchi, Orangie, Banks, Rasmr, etc. If the crypto community comes together and cuts these guys out like a tumor, this space will thrive. Mark my words. In my view, their relationships with Pump and Fomo deserve far more scrutiny. The same faces keep showing up around launches while crypto’s reputation gets dragged further into the gutter. We cannot keep rewarding this culture and expect anything to change. Stop funding their lifestyles. Stop giving them reach. Stop confusing followers with credibility. Time to vote with your money and attention.
I didn’t even post the receipts, yet. not the coldest breathing after all.

Maybe time to replace these politicians by rational ai agents. They are not representing the American people’s interest in deserving better tech solutions, they just represent their own or the ones of their political parties. Think of all the time and resources wasted over the past 10 years with he money of the American people.

Quando comecei o Explorador, o objetivo era simples, trazer transparência ao imobiliário português e combater a especulação. Não faz sentido comprar uma casa de 400 mil euros sem saber quanto custam realmente as casas naquela zona. A informação existe. Só faltava torná-la acessível a todos. explorador.pt/pt/mercado/pre…
O anúncio diz uma coisa, a escritura diz outra. 🚨 Num T2 em Lisboa, pede-se mais 77 mil € do que se paga. Em Portugal, as casas usadas estão anunciadas 17% acima do preço. explorador.pt/pt/mercado/pre…

My bank deletes my statements after 3 months. To get my data afterwards, I have to send them a letter. And they send me print outs. And charge me €28. FOR. MY. OWN. DATA. This is some boomer mafia type BS extortion business model. Insane.

While I'm all for improving the way CSD-based assets can be owned elsewhere, this announcement by DTCC is misleading. Given their choice of permissioned Besu or permissioned Canton, these assets are TINO: They are Tokens in Name Only. Permissioned networks offer none of of the benefits or protections of an actual blockchain. Their use of consensus and cryptography is mostly performative. To see the technical reasons why, you can read my paper linked below. The DTCC is of course free to use whatever database format that it wants. But conflating these assets with actual tokens is both misleading and dangerous. A permissioned network offers none of the robustness or investor protections of an actual blockchain. It is at best an unregulated clearinghouse, and history has taught such infrastructure is dangerous. You can either be regulated by code and cryptography, or you can be regulated by rules and regulations. Best pick one and stick to it.
The DTCC Tokenization Service is now live, and this is only the beginning. Explore the service: brnw.ch/21x6JeP

How the turn tables. AI is actually making us safer.
The funny thing is everyone was saying AI slop code will cause a cyber crisis but it’s actually all the old human slop causing it and the AI is just cleaning it up

WTF, $3000 Samsung TV has an always-on mic, automatic content recognition, geo tracking, network mapping, and ships your data to Samsung + 400 partners. Bro Rooted a brand-new 2025 Samsung TV after noticing absurdly targeted ads. Firmware was locked down, so zero-days it was. Got a root shell. then found: always-on voice service, ACR, geo, full telemetry pipeline, and four separate DRM systems. This isn’t a bug, It’s the product bro.
i own a relatively new (2025) samsung tv. i kept getting weirdly targeted ads. i tried reversing the firmware but it was aes encrypted and no keys unless tear it apart and do uart/jtag magic. zero days it is. root shell on new samsung TVs! discovered PRIVACY HORROR. write up?

They should release this jailbreak. Apple has no right to force iPhone users through App Store rules just to install an app on a phone they own. When your product is used by over a billion people, it shouldn't have god-admins. Sent from my iPhone
‼️ BREAKING: Security firm Calif unveiled an untethered iPhone 18 Pro jailbreak on stage in Paris. Its Hexacon demo shows the phone on iOS 27.0.1, Apple's latest, giving up a root shell within 2 minutes of boot.

this is the anti-fragility approach, whereas there are some that would gate-keep math and other public knowledge systems from public reach for their own protection. equal access == equal rights
if everyone had access to these tools then yes the hackers would have better tools but also those who protect these systems would also have the same access, therefore increasing the overall security and reducing systemic vulnerabilities and hidden backdoors
