Introducing Unhardcoded: an open source layer that picks which AI model handles each call. Instead of hardcoding model=x, you declare a rule (constraints, ranking, fallback), delivering deterministic, auditable routing on your own keys. Try it: unhardcoded.com
Stop hardcoding one model name in your code. Now you can give each request a policy: a small rule for what the call needs It picks the right model for the job, on your own keys This is unhardcoded, our new open source routing for AI models, live today

Your worst CMO / head of marketing will often be the big influencer with a huge following. Most of them have never owned a pipeline, a launch that had to work, or ground a product from 0 to 1. Ask them to write a positioning doc or build a GTM from scratch and it falls apart. Hire them for distribution. Just don't hand them the whole marketing function.
The worst advice for who to hire for CRO / VP Sales will often come from your VCs and your Board They'll often be overly attracted to the fancy names on the LinkedIn, and the endless talk about how they did it there And they often don't know how to do sales ... themselves You've been warned

At mainnet, the Foundation will back a set of validators with its own GEN. Those are the node seats, and Pre-Mainnet Staking decides who gets them. Points, leaderboard, nodes: all in one minute 👇

great q bro first we as genlayer are approaching this from both the protocol and application layers like we use independent validators running different ai models have to agree on a judgement, plus with an appeal mechanism expanding the set and involving fresh validators but i think ur calibration work adds another layer to this so how do you see judge level calibration fitting into a decentralized jury and appeal system?

exactly man and for those markets to actually exist, agents need more than the ability to transact like portable trust, a way to discover counterparties and reliably settle transactions across platforms otherwise as i mentioned we're just rebuilding the same walled gardens around a new interface

Can you SEO your way into an AI jury's verdict? @HenriArslanian asked. @kstellana answered.

bro wonder if you would sell to an agent directly, outside the marketplaces, if returns were agreed upfront?

Which part of it is 25% ai genuinely curious lol

bro the steps a human doesnt bother doing at all, checking 50 sellers instead of 3, haggling over a $5 deal, chasing the refund when something goes wrong

THIS IS NOT AGENTIC COMMERCE because an agent cannot win at smth a human already does fast and easy (max 30 sec) so theyre measuring the wrong thing also the agents being counted (@bot @Muse @instinct etc) already click through sites like a human and the platforms' own agents aren't even included in this tldr as even a 5 year old could understand, the real value here isn't a button, it's rather discovery, payment, identity, ratings and refunds when something goes wrong -- all bundled inside one company rn and this is the paradox. the only place an agent can transact with trust is where trust is already bundled but no one needs an agent there MEANWHILE where trust isn't bundled, the agent's value is high but it can't get anything done to me the real market for agentic commerce is the markets where an @Uber was never built where deals too small, fragmented or oneoff to build a platform for so they simply never happen today and deals not worth hours of a human's time but an agent can handle in sec which means the right metric isn't how many seconds an agent saves on an existing order, it's how many txs it makes possible that never existed before and the real risk is this -- @Walmart is opening its own door for agents but @amazon is closing it but meanwhile @DoorDash is building its own agents shortly as long as an agent can't carry its own trust with it, platforms will pull this new world inside themselves too and agentic commerce will stay a new interface for old platforms

Smart contracts execute. Intelligent contracts judge. @Cointelegraph sat down with @kstellana on why the answer is a jury of AI models, not one.

If you’re in crypto, pivot to agentic economy.
