Tipped Off tournament organizer who permanently banned Hax, @Ohantheman, complains about the online pushback in regards to community issues, and the want for these issues to be discussed and dealt with publicly.
Ohan declares: "Not everyone who plays melee is a part of the melee community" stating that many of the people who discuss the game and community issues online aren't actually melee players, but rather, they're just "weird Technicals people."
To remedy this, Ohan advocates for a "Melee Social Credit Score" to determine if your voice matters or not.

This is the detrimental behavior that we need to get away from. Someone says something political on twitter and rather than minding their business TOs take it as their responsibility to enforce their views upon them with bans. Actions in person don’t matter. Just expressing a thought is enough for them to treat you like dirt sometimes out of fear of their own exclusion. Banned players are people too.

When I first got the Mega Man X 100% WR, I beat the previously thought unbeatable time. They didn’t like that and I got banned from the boards. 2 years later after some WR trades my WR is 20 seconds faster then back then.
