WHAT HAPPENS NEXT TO ANDREW AND TRISTAN TATE? (Update)
Currently, the Tate brothers are still being held in FDC Miami.
The UK had until Sept 16 to provide substantiating evidence for the extradition request.
They provided this evidence on Sept 9.
That information was provided to the US State Department.
The State Department is reviewing this information. Presumably they can send it back to the UK if they see any problems with it, but I'm pretty sure the State Dept will just approve it as it is.
Once the State Dept has reviewed this information the UK provided, it will then be sent to the Department of Justice Office of International Affairs (DOJ OIA).
Then, the DOJ has the opportunity to review the information and prepare it to submit to the Court.
Then, finally, when the Court receives this information from the UK, *THEN* the Court will schedule the actual extradition hearing, to determine if the brothers will be sent to the UK.
It is possible that the State Department and Department of Justice could each take weeks or MONTHS for this review process, before even sending this information to the Court.
In the meantime, the brothers will continue to be held in prison.
Right now there is a lot of uncertainty. We don't know how long the State Dept and DOJ will take in their review of the information the UK provided. We don't know when the extradition hearing will be scheduled. It could be months before we know much of anything else.
In the meantime, please continue sending prayers and letters.
The brothers read every letter we send them.
Write them letters here (plain paper, no pictures or other materials, make sure your return address is on the envelope):

Tristan writes a letter reporting a crime every single day.
Each morning he writes a report about how I stole his peanut butter or didn’t say thank you for a water, writes out one page on what happened, the time the date and the location of which part of the cell it happened in.
Then he hands it to the guards and asks them to forward it to the Department of Justice @TheJusticeDept

Under the Constitution, the Court should not place the burden of proof on the Tates at all. “In our society liberty is the norm, and detention prior to trial or without trial is the carefully limited exception.” Salerno, 481 U.S. at 755.

If you're seeing this it's a sign.
That crazy idea everyone tells you not to try. Try it.
I'm the wise old sage in the corner of the video game telling you, young warrior, you can get this done.

From the passage of the Judiciary Act of 1789, 1 Stat. 73, 91, to the present Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, Rule 46(a)(1), 18 U.S.C.A., federal law has unequivocally provided that a person arrested for a non-capital offense shall be admitted to bail. This traditional right to freedom before conviction permits the unhampered preparation of a defense, and serves to prevent the infliction of punishment prior to conviction. Unless this right to bail before trial is preserved, the presumption of innocence, secured only after centuries of struggle, would lose its meaning.

Everything is totally normal guys there’s nothing to be alarmed about.
England said that somebody said I raped them 15 years ago.
I should definitely be locked up, what’s 100+ days in Miami's toughest jail conditions?
Perfectly fine. This is what our brave veterans served for.
Trial? No no I don’t need a trial. No evidence is even necessary. This is great.
The vision of the founding fathers in action right here in Florida.
Miracle.

TATE UPDATE: 👀
The Government told Judge Damian it needed 50 pages to justify keeping Andrew and Tristan locked up.
The Court found 35 pages sufficient.
Their detention is illegal, and the Government must answer for it by Friday.

Andrew is very sick.
95 days of confinement in a damp cell is not good.
He asked for medical treatment multiple times.
He has received none.
Medical care is a fundamental human right.
If Andrew does not get treatment soon, we will sue FDC Miami into oblivion.
Pray for him.

I saw my reflection today and I barely recognized myself
A long beard, a full head of hair
and the stresses of battle show on my face
But then I looked into my eyes
And recognized myself completely
They cannot break me.

I have been in jail for 93 days. As of today, the USA has held me in jail longer than Romania did.
Romania charged me with crimes after their largest and most expensive investigation in history and held me in jail for less time than the USA did for a 15-year-old British Metoo.
Clown world.

I wish I was into eels and horses instead of little lying hoes, because then I probably wouldn’t be in jail.
Another brilliant move from Joe McBride for the Tate brothers.
UPDATE:
Judge Melissa Damian of the Southern District of Florida reviewed our habeas petition, did not dismiss it, and ordered the Government to show cause by October 21 why Andrew and Tristan Tate should not be released.
The Government must file every document and transcript necessary to resolve the petition, and its filing must be captioned a Response, not a motion to dismiss.
The Government must now justify my clients' detention on the full record before an American court.
