Remember, there are no race laws and discrimination against white people in South Africa. It’s a figment of your imagination.

To give some necessary context, and assuming the President means US Tons of already refined diesel:
One US Short Ton is 2,000 pounds. 300,000 US Short Tons is 600,000,000 pounds. One gallon of diesel fuel is around 7 pounds. Meaning 300,000 US Short Tons is a little over 85M gallons of diesel.
These are approximate numbers since diesel usage is measured in volume, not mass, since density can change based on things like temperature.
For reference, the United States uses about 160M gallons of diesel fuel per day. Globally, that number exceeds 1B gallons of diesel per day.
Even if Russia supplied all 4,800,000 Tons of diesel as claimed, that would be just 1.37B gallons of diesel reaching market. Or, roughly, one day of global use when you factor how much diesel is burned just to deliver that diesel.
Not that Russia can even supply that much diesel with close to 50% of its refining capacity destroyed or disabled.
BREAKING: Donald J. Trump announced following a discussion with Russian President Vladimir Putin that Russia will supply large quantities of diesel fuel to the global and American marketplace, starting with over 300,000 tons immediately, another 500,000 tons in November, 1,000,000 tons thereafter, and an additional 3,000,000 tons shortly after. Combined with control of the Strait of Hormuz, this agreement aims to quickly lower diesel prices for Americans, farmers, ranchers, and truckers. He also stated that Iran will not have a nuclear weapon.

South Africa is living through a war, it may not be officially declared a war, but a war in the scale of violence people are facing every day. Around 58 people are murdered every day. That is roughly 400 lives lost to murder every week.
These are war-level numbers. We cannot normalise them simply because there is no war officially declared. South Africans are living in a war zone.
