@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam still no response. VIP customer and I’m having to wait a whole month for an engineer visit with two out of three TVs not getting Sky due to problems. Ridiculous.

@SkyUK totally ridiculous. I chatted over 2 was ago and they wldnt book an engineer/told to to sort myself. Now we have no access on 2 out of 3 TVs and no engineer til 10 October. Outrageous.
