Raped for days by more than 20 Pakistani immigrants.
Tortured—one had her tongue nailed to the wall to keep her still while they raped her.
The police ridiculed, insulted, and ignored them.
The feminists turned the other way.
If it hadn't been for Elon Musk, who publicly shared the trial testimonies, sparking outrage from Reform UK and internal investigations, no one would have known anything.
You're not angry enough.

CBC doin' what CBC does. Making sure the viewers don't get the whole story.
Full interview where CBC introduced Camosun instructor Daniel Reeve as a neutral political science expert to analyze BC’s new Conservative premier Lorne Doerkson. What they left out: Reeve is a former NDP candidate who worked as a ministerial aide under an NDP government
Here’s the “non-partisan” analysis: He opens by calling Doerkson’s tone “humble” and “sincere,” then immediately undercuts the majority: more than half of voters didn’t support him, so the numbers “don’t quite back that up.” Classic framing of a Conservative win as less legitimate than the seat count
On the campaign, he contrasts Eby’s Trump-focused pitch with the Conservatives actually talking about the deficit, emergency care, and the economy—implying the NDP missed the mark while the right read the room
Then the money quote on Doerkson’s plan: they’ll walk through the budget, declare “it’s worse than we thought,” and impose “a whole bunch of cuts so that we don’t raise taxes and so that we don’t cut health care.” This, he says, is the message meant to “hold that center right to kind of far right coalition together and also kind of pin the problems of his government on the past.”
He later describes Carney as closer to the NDP on fiscal questions, notes the provincial NDP had shifted toward the center, and flags energy/forestry expansion as creating problems with DRIPA and Indigenous consent. On the snap election, he relays an “NDP kind of leaning supporter” who refused to “walk across hot coals” to vote NDP, frames Eby’s call as “here’s the fire. Follow me,” and points to 200,000 previous NDP voters who stayed home
All of it delivered as dispassionate academic insight from a former NDP candidate and government aide. Disclosure by CBC was apparently optional. This is not journalism @CBCOmbud

In another case, an immigrant carjacker who tried to murder a cop was told "systemic racism" had made him do it ... only for the judge to note that his victims were also "racialized," which made the crime more serious. We've never seen institutionalized racism quite like this.
In just 15 days, I found *two* separate instances in which a career criminal was sentenced for pimping out an Indigenous girl ... only to have his sentence reduced because he was black and "systemic racism" had made him do it. nationalpost.com/opinion/fir…

Stop shaming our children over a story that has been proven to be a hoax.
The Kamloops 215 story was always meant to get British Columbians/Canadians to drop their guards when it came to land claims, name changes, and radical "anti-colonial" politics being pushed everywhere. The reason it is important to call out the K215 hoax is because lies like it are the root to so many of the current problems we are facing in British Columbia.
It's meant to make people feel ashamed and be unwilling to fight to maintain our institutions and public/private property rights.

Warrant Officer Patrice Vincent was targeted and murdered in a terrorist attack because he was a Canadian soldier. Full stop.
This was no mere "hit and run".
It’s unforgivable the Liberal government is minimizing the sacrifices made by our Armed Forces who put on the uniform in service to country and risk their lives everyday to protect all of us.
Lest we forget.

What’s happening in France is mindblowing. Mobs are singing the praises of Islamist mass murderers. They are attacking statues of Joan of Arc and Marianne. They are burning down historic buildings. Europe is in deep, deep trouble, says Brendan O’Neill

Is it not odd that the CBC’s panel on Alberta independence had no Albertans on it?
Perhaps they couldn’t be trusted to toe the Carney line.

"Canadian man."
Born in Kuwait. Moved to Canada in 2015. Arrested in May 2016 plotting ISIS bombings in Times Square and the New York subway.
Then he stabbed a prison guard in the eye. Note in his sock: "This is a terrorist attack for the Islamic State."
That's the part CP24 left out of the headline.

great trial update from @bradcran. One reason UBC's creative writing dept believed the false accusations against Steven Galloway is that the accuser claimed CBC lawyers had already seen her claims, & believed them.
It was a complete lie. She never even spoke to a CBC lawyer.
Steven Galloway trial: A.B. claimed CBC's lawyers found her evidence "damning." Today, the CBC journalist who worked on the story was asked under oath if it ever went to the legal team.
"No."

I tried this prompt for myself and a progressive teacher (who's very active on X). The two images are below.
If a picture says a thousand words, this contrast is a decent voting guide.
Basically my platform versus that of the incumbent WRDSB trustee for Waterloo-Wilmot.
Inspired by @mikeRamsay's post, I asked Grok to:
"Create an image of what the Ontario Education system would look like if I were in charge, based on my posts."
... it's like a dream🥹

What is @TorontoMet Toronto University trying to hide?
A disturbing report into antisemitism at TMU documented Jewish students, faculty and staff facing hostility, intimidation and dehumanization. Yet rather than providing full transparency, the university released a redacted version of its findings.
Now, new questions are being raised about why information was withheld as highlighted in @IvisonJ latest @NationalPost column.
This goes far beyond one university. When institutions entrusted with educating the next generation fail to confront antisemitism openly and transparently, they risk sending a dangerous message: protecting institutional reputations matters more than protecting Jewish students.
Antisemitism does not disappear when uncomfortable truths are concealed. It flourishes when accountability is absent.
Jewish students deserve answers, not blacked-out pages. And Canadians deserve to know whether the institutions educating their children are confronting Jew-hatred or merely managing the public relations fallout.

Clifton High School (NJ) just hosted a benefit concert by the Palestinian Youth Movement’s Youth Ensemble and singer Aya Khalaf.
The organizers openly describe it as “cultural production as a site of struggle for national liberation… one of its most vital frontlines.”
Clifton’s own facility policy says schools “will not be granted for the advantage of any political activity.”
This is a public high school with
Palestinian flags, keffiyehs, “liberation” framing and clearly not a welcoming environment for anyone who is Jewish.
Why was this approved?

As a little girl I dreamed of one day going to Paris, clipping a lock on the bridge, standing beneath the Eiffel Tower, and eating real French pastries and cuisine.
As a grown woman I wanted to stand in awe of the wonders of Western civilization our ancestors built.
That dream is being erased right now by third world invaders who are burning and tearing it to the ground.
If the men who stormed the beaches of Normandy could see what we’ve allowed to happen to the Europe they died to save… they would have fought a very different war.
