Nick could be considering a move that isn’t the worst argument I can think of. Unless you have a warrant to monitor his social media, such as videos posted to YouTube or elsewhere, It should be suppressed. The State will likely have a reason for why the argument is invalid. And a search warrant was not needed. I’m curious as to what @LawTubeSean thinks.

I think you mean: A 17 year old boy was legally armed, legally able to be where he was. 3 adults attacked, putting him in fear of his very life, and he defended himself.
