Corrupt CPS officer gets exposed for her lying and deception by the guy. Watch her ego crumble in real time. Lawsuit currently in progress. Warrantless raids, manufactured emergencies, and weaponized state power: this is what happens when Child Protective Services operates completely unchecked under color of law. What you are watching on this doorbell camera is not routine child welfare—l, it is a calculated retaliatory maneuver by Loudoun County Child Protective Services (CPS) and local sheriff’s deputies after a citizen refused to surrender his constitutional rights. The homeowner, Farzin Yazdani, found himself targeted by an escalating series of malicious, bad-faith reports stemming from a contentious custody feud. The reporting party had already filed fabricated assault accusations against him that local prosecutors ultimately dropped (nolle prossed). But when direct criminal allegations failed, social services was brought in as a proxy weapon to target his children, including his one-month-old breastfeeding infant, Roxana. When caseworkers first descended on his residence flanked by armed deputies, they possessed no search warrant, no court order, and no legal authority to breach the threshold. Yazdani stood firm behind his door, invoking his Fourth Amendment right against warrantless government searches. In response, CPS engaged in blatant bad-faith tactics: Rather than respecting clear constitutional boundaries, the agency documented a citizen's lawful refusal of warrantless entry as hostile "non-compliance" and an "imminent threat," using his exercise of rights as a pretext to manufacture an emergency. Within 30 minutes of the initial standoff, Yazdani reached out and offered to let the caseworker visually inspect the infant that very evening, provided she arrived without armed law enforcement. CPS and county officials rejected the offer, went before a magistrate the very next day, and falsely attested under oath that "no less-drastic alternative existed" to physically seizing the children. The caseworker showed up with an emergency removal order obtained with zero prior notice, deliberately emailing the legal filings to Yazdani's work address just three minutes before knocking on his door, blatantly dodging his civil rights attorney who was actively calling her cell phone on the doorstep. In their rush to execute the order, authorities forcibly seized a one-month-old nursing baby girl from her mother, Emily, a parent against whom the state had never leveled a single accusation of abuse or neglect. The state’s manufactured narrative completely collapsed the moment it faced actual judicial scrutiny. Following an exhaustive five-day contested evidentiary hearing, a family court judge dismantled the agency's claims, threw out the emergency removal orders, and ruled that the statutory threshold for state intervention had never been met. Baby Roxana was ordered returned home after eight days in state custody. The battle, however, is far from over. Rather than letting the misconduct stay hidden behind closed doors, Yazdani has escalated the fight to federal court, filing a 42 U.S.C. § 1983 civil rights lawsuit against the involved Loudoun County deputies and caseworkers for unconstitutional seizure, due process violations, and abuse of state power. This lawsuit is in progress and we will update once there is a conclusion.
If you ever wondered why they are called trailers. Movie trailers were originally shown at the very end of films, which is why they are called "trailers". In the 1910s, promotional previews for upcoming serial chapters and feature films were spliced at the conclusion of the program so they would literally "trail" the main feature. Theater owners quickly noticed a massive flaw in the strategy: the moment the credits rolled and the lights came up, audiences stood up and walked out of the auditorium before the previews even started playing. Exhibitors eventually moved them ahead of the movie, but the name stubbornly stuck.

What if the medical journals you trust most are really just fancy ads for drug companies? That is the blunt warning from Richard Smith, who ran the famous BMJ journal for 13 years. In a 2005 essay, Smith said medical journals have become “an extension of the marketing arm of pharmaceutical companies.” He spent decades inside the system. He watched how the money worked. Drug ads bring in cash, but that is not the biggest problem. The real power comes from industry-funded studies. Companies pay for most of the big drug trials published in top journals. Between two-thirds and three-quarters of those trials come from drug makers. And those trials almost never show bad results for the company’s product. Smith pointed to dozens of studies proving that who pays for the research often shapes the answer. A positive trial is worth far more than regular advertising. Companies buy thousands of reprints and hand them out to doctors. One big order can bring a journal more than a million dollars in pure profit. Editors know this. Many journals need that money to survive. So they keep publishing the industry studies. Readers treat those papers as pure science. They do not always see the marketing side. Smith said it took him almost 25 years as an editor to fully wake up to the problem. He quoted the Lancet editor, who called journals “information laundering operations for the pharmaceutical industry.” Smith suggested a radical fix: stop publishing industry trials in journals. Put the raw results on public websites instead. Let journals focus on explaining and criticizing the science, not selling it. His words still hit hard today. When the people who once ran the biggest journals say the system is broken, it is worth paying attention.

Rachel Wilson Explains Why First-Wave Feminism Wasn’t Needed “People defend first-wave feminism because they begin with the assumption that women were historically enslaved and oppressed. That is simply the wrong way to understand history.” “Whenever you hear that women weren’t allowed to do something, many men weren’t allowed to do it either—and the men who were often carried a corresponding duty that was far worse.” “Women’s liberation didn’t eliminate abuse. It shifted it into less stable, more chaotic relationships—and children from broken homes now face dramatically worse outcomes by nearly every metric.” @Rach4Patriarchy | @kangminlee

🚨 JUST IN: The Trump admin is FORCING the shutdown of 270 FRAUDULENT truck driving schools that were handing out licenses to ILLEGALS and people who can't speak or read English, per Sec. Duffy 110 schools shut down TODAY account for 5,000 English proficiency violations alone. 160 MORE closed for having no proper facilities, unlicensed instructors, and (you can't make this up) one school told inspectors their "classroom" was a school bus sitting in the backyard. "One school that we're shutting down was so flippant, as they told us their classroom was the school bus that was in the backyard." "We have 10 skill testers who have given over 2,000 driver's licenses to people who can't speak English." Blood is on their hands.

At Fort Knox, we've come to see the gold! Our country has about a hundred and forty-seven million ounces of gold, and about half of it is stored here at Fort Knox. We're gonna be going deep underground to see the gold, but more importantly, we're gonna be talking today about what happened to our dollar when we separated from gold in 1971. I'm going underground, and I'll let you know what I see in a little bit.

After careful consideration and reviewing the current eligibility guidelines, I’m officially declaring myself a @WNBA prospect. If simply declaring who you are is all that’s required, then I meet every single requirement necessary to compete in the WNBA. My team and I have carefully examined the WNBA’s eligibility criteria and governing framework surrounding self-identification and inclusion. Based on the current guidelines, I can and am officially declaring my eligibility for the upcoming WNBA draft in April 2027. I know my presence on the court will stir up strong opinions. I am definitely not here to mock, make fun of, or disrespect any community or personal choices. I’m simply asking that the current rules be applied equally to everyone — the rules that represent the very values many WNBA players and coaches have publicly advocated for. My team and I are prepared to ensure these guidelines are applied equally, consistently, and without exception, and I look forward to the #WNBA honoring its stated principles. See you at training camp. enesfreedom.com

If one refuses to believe or even acknowledge that evil exists, they will reflexively reject this data. If one embraces there is both evil and good in this world, where principalities of darkness roam, and we are created spiritual beings made in the image and likeness of God, granted with sovereignty, liberties and free-will powers of choice, then we know both truths are real, and this data can and should be understood. We all live on this earth, so denying, rejecting or combating truth based on one’s feelings, fears, emotions, tribalism, ego, politics, religion or training, can never negate actual truth. Let’s be adults and face these truths as mature, rational beings. No one is above the law. @DrDMartinWorld @X @HHSGov @theprofsrecord @ChildrensHD @DNIGabbard @POTUS @RobertKennedyJr @nytimes

My committee combed through millions of COVID documents, and what did we find? Anthony Fauci destroyed records. He told others to delete emails. And then he told them to delete them from deleted files. He and his allies privately doubted the "implausible" line on a lab leak while publicly attacking anyone who raised it. And he never took responsibility for funding dangerous research in China. Next week, Dr. Fauci goes under oath in front of my committee, and he’s going to answer for everything we’ve found.
