Out of all Latin countries - Romania, despite all its issues, is still the most spiritually healthy. The most spiritually troubled are probably the bad hombres in the US. Whereas Southern Europe just appears 'asleep' - too hedonistic and passive.
Romania is the only Orthodox country in the whole Latin world.
I hope Portugal & Southern Europe manages to turn things around. I believe with a century long timeline they will manage. But in the next few decades, it would not surprise me if Romania emerges as the most 'serious' (quasi) Latin country.
Not purely by virtue of Romania's own success but also through other Latin countries' continued self sabotage: economically, demographically, spiritually (takeover by woke ideology and hedonism).

Russian Orthodox Church in Pakistan is very poor and obviously very discreet ; but very rich spiritually, with great servants of God. Pakistanis are asking to embrace the Orthodox Faith
Fun fact: it's considered inelegant to say "I am eating" (je mange) when talking about a specific meal in French. For lunch, it is best to say "je déjeune" (I'm having lunch) instead. Because when simply saying "je mange" it is primitive, like animals. Today many say this though.

I haven't worn a pair of jeans in over five years I think, the only kind of pants I wear are the Shalvar kind. Very comfortable, perfect for staying in the house as well as for elegant occasions, very affordable as well if you know how to search.
How come does the japanese word chotto (ちょっと) mean the exact same as the hindustani word chhoti/chhota/chhote : "a little", "a bit" ? With very close prononciation..
If God wills it I'm going to start this, but I don't want to say too much about it now.
