I was going to wait for the new month to start, but what’s the point. An experiment is an experiment 🤷🏻♀️ and I’m starting tonight!
I’ve decided to sit on the floor why you may ask? I spend every day stretching out my hip flexors, glutes, chest and the whole front of my body…… only to chill out at the end of the day on the sofa! So basically undoing all the good things I did earlier 🫣 The 2nd reason is, when I had my leg surgery, I fell 😱 and I couldn’t get up off of the floor.
As it’s an experiment I will note down any advantages or disadvantages of course 🙌🫶

i didnt think the Fed was going to let us avoid a recession and let the Govt continue to overspend...they enabled it.
I thought we'd have much much higher interest rates years ago, forcing the Govt to correct deficit spending, deep yet fast recession to bounce out of
This action is historically backed and goes back to how we handled inflation and overspending from 1920 which set up the roaring 20's to the 80's and 90's.
We do it totally different now therefore waiting for the collapse to be forced upon us is the fear vs managing the problem ahead of that day
We dont have a modern day Volcker pushing back nor a politician willing to take the non-stop attacks for doing the right thing
It's easy to cancel a monthly subscription if you do not feel valued or recognized.
If your business relies on recurring monthlies, even on this platform, I suggest making an effort to reach out to your customers on a more personal level, one at a time.

Could be that American politics for the rest of our lives will be parties switching power, engaging in ever more flagrant corruption and grifting, then prosecuting the other side for crimes and non-crimes, in just a never ending cycle - all while the intelligent people we want to steer politics are so bored with the Jerry Springer quality of things that they just check out.

As I've said for years, no such thing as monopolies anymore. Every conglomerate is good today so politicians can raise minimum wages and suffocate all of you from starting a business.
