A fan told us about this boost and we saved it for this moment in the finals. Unfortunately my teammates went a little too early before I had time to make the play. I remember being boosted and feeling super nervous about not messing it up! – at Round Rock, TX

This @Anthroschair is like the Rolls-Royce of chairs. It's the most comfortable chair ever made.
Highly recommend it to anyone struggling with tension and soreness from sitting. It is pricey, but if you sit on the computer all day like I do, it's well worth the investment.

I tested and reviewed 3 different mouse pads sent from @esp_tiger (cloth, resin, glass).
I know it's difficult shopping for a mousepad online without getting to feel it in person, so I made this video to hopefully give an idea of what to expect.

For consistent aim, you need a consistent setup.
If your positions are slightly off, it effects the whole chain since your body is all connected.
1) Your chest position should be the same distance from the tables edge - Your chair positioning and how you sit on the chair determines this.
2) Make sure your chest rotation and posture is the same every time - The chest isn’t overly rotated one way or the other, and your back posture is the same.
3) Elbow position - This determines the angle of the forearm and how much of the forearm is on the table.
4) Wrist/Forearm and table contact - The tables edge should intersect your wrist or forearm at the same location.
5) Grip - This ones the most elusive because there’s 5 fingers, a palm, and they all can grip the mouse with varying grip pressures and placements.
My go-to feel are first finding my side fingers (pinky and thumb), and then placing the remaining fingers.
Your goal is to utilize the contours of the mouse to establish your ‘comfort feels’ - feelings that you can replicate providing stability and control in any direction. Use the natural shape of the mouse shape to lock in the palm, fingers, and fingertips.
Show me a professional gamer, and I’ll show you a thousand mistakes.
Professionals are fast learners - Using mistakes as feedback.
They understand that mistakes are critical for the learning process.
Improvement takes place by learning from every mistake - Trial and Error.
Testing new ideas, strategies, and timings - Exploring their creativity.
Mistake → Learn from it → Improvement
Not doing anything because you’re afraid of making a mistake - is a mistake in itself.
Free yourself to explore and play.
Be more Clutch with these 3 tips:
1) Reprogram from negative to positive
When you enter a clutch moment, are you thinking negatively? Thoughts like - “Oh shit, I hope I don’t lose”… or “Everyone's watching and I don’t know what to do”.
If you think negatively, negative things will happen - So you must reprogram from negative to positive. It’s Ok to prepare for the worst case scenario, but we’re working towards playing to win, not playing to lose.
You want to think about what you DO want to happen, instead of worried about what you DON’T want to happen.
Envision how you want the situation to be played out in order to achieve victory - Look for the timings and windows of opportunity. Look to make things happen your way - You choose how the round will be played out.
The problem arises when you “corner” yourself with hesitation and instead of being active, you become inactive and don’t do anything at all. Be the creator.
Think of clutch situations as a opportunity to make a positive impact - As a moment to shine.
2) Preparation
If you’re in a clutch situation and you don’t know what to do - You haven’t prepared enough.
Every clutch situation has an optimal solution. If you’re prepared, your intuition will feed you clear solutions based on risk and reward ratio.
When you’re prepared, you always know what to do at all times. You’ve prepared for every possible situation and their matching solutions.
Proper preparation includes: Studying Demos/Replays, visualization, experience, solo server time, and theory-crafting
3) Visualization & Theory-Crafting
Use your imagination to play through any-given clutch situation and think through all the possible decision-trees. There’s a million ways to play a situation, but there’s only a few that provides the highest win percentage.
If you’re less experienced, it takes longer to develop a solution, whereas an experienced player can crunch the situation faster and better. The key, is that you land on a solution providing your clarity and confidence when you do end up in that given situation.
If you’re not sure the optimal solution, ask a teammate or an experienced player by describing the situation or creating a clip for better context. It’s interesting to learn how another player with a different playstyle will handle a situation.
If you want to be a professional gamer, act like a professional.
1) A professional is reliable every day.
This means showing up to practice on-time EVERY DAY fully-rested, eating beforehand, and mentally and physically ready to go. On a professional team, you owe it to your teammates to be at your best at all times.
2) A professional progresses forward every day.
Take accountability for your mistakes and use them as an opportunity to learn and grow. Practice is meant to try new things and for testing new ideas. It’s Ok to fail - Just make sure you’ve learned from it. Create solutions, not problems.
3) A professional talks with their gameplay.
If you want to prove you are an elite performer, prove it with your gameplay. You will never earn any amount of respect by condescending your opponents. Win with honor, act like you’ve won before. Be a silent ninja, not a keyboard warrior.
4) Esports orgs and sponsors love professionals.
Become someone that orgs and sponsors would be proud to have you represent their brand. That means acting with class and developing your out-of-game skills. Improve your communication skills and stay away from drama.
5) A professional is mentally strong and performs under pressure.
Pressure situations are an opportunity to make an impact - The nervousness you’re feeling is excitement. Gain confidence through preparation. To be clutch, you must believe in yourself. If you let shit-talkers get in your head - You’re too easily influenced - Learn to play above the noise.
