I wasn't able to share clearly before but now I will: on Oct. 7, my wife's mother, father, brother & aunt were murdered during the Kibutz Be'eri massacre. It took over 10 days to identify the bodies as there were so many, in such a bad condition.

The number of Israelis confirmed dead in today's Hamas terrorist invasion has risen to 300, with 1,590 wounded.
That is the equivalent of three 9/11s, given the size of Israel's population.
This is a catastrophe unlike anything Israel has ever experienced before.

When you’re in the thick of it, it can be hard to see the forest from the trees.
Take the time to step back and gain new perspective to build systems that will work for you.

Don't confuse busy for productive.
Busy is motion.
• Moving from meeting to meeting
Productive is output.
• You got X big task done today
Are you being busy or productive?

My biggest lesson on people:
When you spot an out performer..
Overpay them, make them feel special.
They are what moves the needle.
Inspire them and keep them.

You don't need people in the office every day.
The evidence is clear: hybrid work boosts productivity, creativity, well-being, & retention.
Great collaborations don't involve constant contact. They alternate between deep work and bursts of interaction.

A lot of people are getting laid off.
This is the often-ignored fragility of being employed.
$80,000 salary one day.
$0 the next.
This is why I champion the anti-fragile principles of diversified solopreneurship.

There's a common mistake I see creators make when building their audience...
It's not engaging with others.
You wouldn't walk into a party and begin shouting over everyone. You'd say hello to friends and introduce yourself to new faces.
Social media is not that different.
