Every day you start with a water jug with a red lid, drink all of that swap to amber, drink all of that swap to a green lid. This way staff know if by afternoon you are still on a red lid to push fluids.

I had my walk around the surgical wards this evening to say hi to day and night staff, and check everyone was ok,I thanked everyone for their hard work and was told that was the first time they had been thanked 😢 NHS staff work so hard, I am always grateful #matronhasabadname 😂
So today I found out that I have passed the last hurdle…. MSc Advanced Practice … can’t quite believe it 🥂get me a glass of champagne sharpish ☺️
