@YodelOnline just witnessed one your drivers verbally abusing a shop owner when dropping off a parcel. Would like to make complaint as his actions were frankly disgusting and unprovoked. Parcel now lying in the street as driver refused to take it after being asked to leave shop.

Clearly @YodelOnline are not in the least bit interested in their image. I for one will not@use any company that use them as a delivery service. Disgusting behaviour and abhorrent that they would not follow up on a complaint about it.
