It's so funny that these professional class conservatives in big cities viscerally loathe liberals but still want into their left-wing social circles like hanging out with apolitical and right-wing people is an option, you don't have to socialize with people you hate

Update: A day after Minnesota Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan’s Senate campaign said she wasn’t a member of Phi Beta Kappa, her aides said Wednesday that the Democrat had been inducted into the national honor society. A representative of Phi Beta Kappa said the same. wsj.com/politics/policy/minn…
feel like its worth noting that its now confirmed that she had a Phi Beta Kappa. its not a matter of speculation, the WSJ was just wrong

NEW: Phi Beta Kappa says Lt. Gov. Flanagan has in fact been a "member ... in good standing" since 2002.
Which means, it seems the WSJ was wrong and Flanagan was wrong about being wrong.

having a prestigious academic honor and somehow forgetting about it is honestly the perfect Democratic scandal lol

Minnesota Star Tribune: Phi Beta Kappa says Peggy Flanagan was an honor society member
The Democrat running for U.S. Senate said in a 2016 Minnesota House committee hearing she was a member, which was called into question Wednesday.

for those not in the know, the WSJ published an article suggesting that Peggy Flanagan had fudged her academic resume
as Walker reports, this charge is false and the WSJ article was wrong

What's more likely: Guys create fake polls to game the betting markets (which we've seen proof of) or this is all a big conspiracy theory by BIG LEFTY against the centrists

So, since August, we have had two things happen to pollsters:
1. Pollster gets found out for changing its respondents based on vibes AND using AI (TPSI)
2. Literally just a fake pollster lying to people and fundraising fair change off it
Half the folks on here just doin' BS.

This is incredibly misleading. @50plus1news was planning to publish an investigation into Wedgewood's polls tomorrow morning, and reached out to them this morning for comment. This is just an attempt to save face after they realized we caught them.

Elon Musk is trying to buy this Senate seat in Texas.
He wants our land, he wants our water, and he wants his own personal U.S. senator. He’s trying to buy Texas.
But on November 3rd, we’ll deliver a clear message to the world’s first trillionaire: Texas is not for sale.
i don't love Amy Acton, but her victory is now one of the things I'm most looking forward to on election night
beyond even my own ideological biases towards Democrats winning, seeing someone as personally disgusting as Vivek Ramaswamy lose his chance for power will be euphoric

Same org that regularly calls out Zohran can’t even name Trump, you are utterly shameless and complicit in fascism
The term “Shylock” is rooted in a longstanding antisemitic stereotype. Regardless of intent, its use can reinforce harmful tropes about Jews and normalize language that has long been used to target the Jewish community.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Trump used “Shylock” at a Kansas rally Oct. 19 defending Sen. Marshall. ADL’s post omits naming him, unlike its 2025 statement.
