Glad to see Lions offense was on fire today but the Lions played the Cardinals today and gave up 21. What happens when that offense runs into stout defense or has a few turnovers. Thought @kurt13warner

With all the heroics from last week against Michigan… who remembers this one against Ohio State in 1987?
16 seconds to go.
4th-and-23 from the Ohio State 28-yard line.
Chuck Hartlieb to Marv Cook!
And Jim Zabel on the call.
I remember listening to it on the radio. Turn it up!!
Hawks by a Million can't wait to see your helmet on @richeisen Thursday. @WashedUpWalkons

Terrible take shame on Chuck and @dpshow . Great play Hawkeyes . Flip the script if Florida makes the offensive play you're not talking about the terrible defense play by Iowa. Give credit where credit is due . GO HAWKS GREAT PLAY GREAT EXECUTION.

This gives me hope that NIL hasn’t broken college sports totally. Thanks for being Hawkeyes! Once aHawkeye always a Hawkeye. @IowaHoops
Full quote from McCollum: “Some of them took shocking, shocking essentially pay cuts to come here, to represent Iowa and to lay a foundation. And I don't think people realize that. That team at Drake that we had was 31 wins. From a portal standpoint, that's a very expensive team. And they chose to believe in us, to believe in Iowa. I'm not sure that even from an external standpoint, fans quite can even understand why those kids would do that? You know, why Bennett Stirtz and Tavion Banks … would choose to come here when they had millions of other options and probably more money. But they chose to build Iowa and build this foundation for myself, for my team, for the players, and for the state of Iowa and the community. I really want to make sure that they're appreciated, and hope that people understand how much they actually have given, legitimately given, to be a part of this. Given BACK to be a part of this. … That’s a big deal. I think in years coming, we'll realize how big of a deal that is.”
No @peacock so no rush to get home. I enjoyed the first half on the radio in the car driving home from SE IA. The second half on the hi fi from the 80s. Oh so close . @GaryDolphin
Thanks Kurt you tell them, Go Lions !
Quit trying to BE right… and do what you know is RIGHT!!!
Shoutout #DanCampbell for knowing something wasn’t working & instead of being stubborn to show he was right with new hire, he made a change bc he knew it was right!
And connected to that, it doesn’t mean the new hire is not a great hire, just needs some instruction & learning curve to get there, that’s called COACHING!
