🏆 World Cup Qualifying Round-up 🏆
(1/4)
🇺🇾🇦🇷 Perfection for #Uruguay and #Argentina, as they each win both of their games. Luis #Suarez became the all-time top scorer in South American WC Qualifying history, in Uruguay's hunt for top 4.
Not to mention Mac Allister #BHAFC fans
Confirmation of that @Argentina XI to play Ecuador - #ManCity fans a chance to see your boy Álvarez start his first game

As things stand at half time...
Ecuador and Uruguay are booking their tickets to Qatar and only the playoff spot will be left up for grabs on the final day
#Colombia surely need to be looking at Marcelo Bielsa to save their World Cup Qualifying campaign. Can't think of anyone available who's better to come in and get them playing in a short space of time
Oh my word, a breathtaking goal from Bruno Guimaraes on his full debut for #NUFC
Perfect pass from Neymar 😍🇧🇷

Bentancur back & Spurs building more penetrative passing sequences is no shock.Look how he took the ball in a tight space & drew men to him for the 2nd goal. Winks-PEH is just too average technically. Skipp-Bentancur simultaneous injuries killed Conte.Expect Spurs to improve now.
🏆 First trophy for Luis Diaz as Liverpool win the league cup. He ran the Chelsea defence absolutely ragged. 🇨🇴

Completely thrown under the bus by Victor Orta and frankly, Bielsa made the best of a bad bunch. Deserves credit for not being in the relegation zone. 🇦🇷

Handball aside, Cristian Romero showed how he excels in the art of defending. Man City consistently attacked down the left with Sterling & Cancelo, but Romero’s reading of the game to sweep behind Emerson resulted in so many crucial tackles & interceptions. He’s a top class CB.
🇦🇷 Defended his goal brilliantly today

⬇️ 🇨🇴 Excellent read highlighting the the attributes of imminent arrival at #Watford , Yaser Asprilla
A classy, technically gifted and intelligent attacking midfielder

"A product of the famed Envigado academy, Asprilla scored 5 goals in 20 appearances last year and quickly became one of the hottest properties in Colombian football."
